First of all, this is not a water park, it is rather two pools for children and for adults. The parking area is unpaved. It should be borne in mind that you need to take towels with you, nothing is given out. You can't order with your own food, only there. The small pool for children is dirty, the water is not filtered, it is simply poured from a hose. Of course it is dirty, the staff do not do anything for cleaning, they cleaned themselves, taking something like a net. The administrator was informed, but we were ignored. There was only one slide there, for children of 7 years old. There is no slide for the little ones. The whole pool is inflatable, Chinese, they stand in front of the shopping center and in parks, where children usually ride on something inflatable. We ordered pizzas and lemonade, this is the most terrible pizza in my memory - a thick and greasy layer of tasteless cheese, thin dough; lemonade is just a diluted dry drink with ice. The waitress is well done, polite, smiling, brought everything quickly, answered questions, the service is good. The second pool for adults is about 170 cm deep, there are seats for a bar in the water. I'm not sure, but the water is filtered there, at least the water was clean. There is a long pier, but Kapshegai was shallow, the pier was on the shore. The shore itself is terrible, it smells bad of cattle, garbage is scattered, including hygiene supplies, they ran away in horror. They reported that the women's toilet was clogged, there was a terrible smell. Men's business is better. It spoils the surrounding view very much, I would recommend closing it with some kind of fence. It is unlikely that we will come here again, I hope the quarantine will not be extended and other places will open.

The kitchen is weak, for that the prices are higher than normal, they could cook better for that kind of money.
