Terrible service! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!! I took the iPhone 12 phone under warranty (the camera stopped working), the consultants said the repair took 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, I contacted the salon, to which they replied "14 working days holidays are not taken into account" it's a nightmare!!! not knowing the repair time.
moreover, when I handed over the phone, the consultants did not know how to turn it off and where to get a SIM card! The horror!
My phone has not been repaired in 30 calendar days. the money was refunded for the phone, but the amount was not refunded for the additional guarantee purchased. The worst service I've ever seen.

The consultant did not explain correctly why the overpayment on the loan, the amount of the overpayment is almost the cost of this phone. The request for termination of the contract was rudely refused . the loan itself was issued for 2 hours. They did not give any special explanations about what was happening.
