The impression of communicating with sellers is simply terrifying! We are citizens of Russia. When we bought a SIM card, the seller (a young man) incorrectly informed us about the amount of the monthly payment. It was May 7th. We contacted you again a few days later to clarify how to install the help section on your phone, where you can get information about the tariff, payments, etc. Now there is another seller (a young man) sitting on a chair with his phone and looking at something there, he did not even deign to look up and get up from the chair, despite the fact that elderly people were standing in front of him. After the remark, nothing has changed. We were told that their salon is engaged in sales and are not obliged to explain anything. We have never seen such a service anywhere.
