Almost 2 years ago, I took a phone in installments. I paid monthly, even made an early repayment. When taking the installment plan, I was informed that I was on maternity leave and the amount was approved and the model based on this. After 6 months, the phone stopped working and the battery died. During the repair, they said that there was a factory defect and they sold me a defective phone. Since I was not in Minsk at the time of the breakdown, I could not apply for a replacement phone under warranty or refund. Then I had 2 pregnancies and I was banned from traveling. That's how the phone's warranty burned out. I continued to silently pay installments for such goods from month to month. Now they are threatening me with court, they are calling me, threatening my mother for a delay of 10 days on the payment after the New Year holidays, they took advantage of the situation and quickly added 100 rubles to the payment on the 11th day. Despite the fact that the staff talked to me last week, they still called my relatives without calling me and threatened to go to court. Boorish attitude and rudeness. And this is considering that the installment payment was 250 rubles before closing. Almost 2000 BR has already been paid. Even if you have an urgent need, do not take goods or installments from this store, they work according to illegal schemes and threaten.

The order was for a valdberis steamer, the order came defective! Since July 2023, they have not issued a refund, although I have provided an act of malfunction, I have sent them by mail, they have received the act according to the track, and they say they cannot find it!!! Terrible store, not responsible managers and directors!!! Do not buy from them , because they can only scribble excuses that are not justified by anything !!!

Today I see a debit from a Megaphone number, unauthorized, ran over them, what the hell is a paid service connected to, at a time when I have a ban. And they replied that on 05/20.23 the Wells service was activated by the USSD team from my number. I didn't activate anything myself, I don't need it, the device was held in my hands except by your employee, bitch, it's a pity that they already left, so I would definitely come up to find out how he was doing ... I bought an A1 SIM card here (I came to Belarus on vacation), the seller explained that the SIM card is free, but you need to put 20 rubles., and 20 GB of Internet and 400 minutes of calls will be prepaid. I gave away 30 rubles for some reason. A day later, it stopped working - the account is 0. I went to the A1 center, they told me that only 10 rubles were put into the account (on the day I bought the SIM card), and that's it. Perhaps the saleswoman is saving up for a car, or she is completely incompetent in her business. Of course, I didn't keep the receipt... I have never been so deceived anywhere in Belarus!!!

I HIGHLY do not recommend this store! They issued a SIM card to my friend from another country. The consultant (a woman with dark hair) offered a tariff for one cost, and two days later, when the Internet traffic suddenly ran out, it turned out that we had a tariff 5 times cheaper than the one we had issued. At the same time, the consultant persuaded us to connect the tariff at a higher price, arguing that another male tourist connected this one and came running two days later to replenish the balance, because the traffic ran out. Obviously, the consultants have already developed a method of divorce. It's scary to imagine how much they earn from customers buying equipment.
