A super place!!! Quietly, calmly, we went out on the roof in the evening to drink champagne) 20 minutes to the sea at a brisk pace)) and 5 minutes to the bus station and railway station.

The only advantage is the proximity to the railway and bus stations. The hotel is more like a hostel.
