I really like the studio and the masters who make high-quality manicures. I have a thin cuticle and other salons often injured the cuticle and applied a thick coating. In this salon, my wishes were taken into account from the very first visit — everything is neat and calm.

Nice bright studio with a nice design. The master took into account all the wishes, the nails are smooth, there are no lumps, swellings, the sawdust is delicate, the manicure is also done perfectly. I was pleased with the good range of colors of gel varnishes, coffee/tea was offered, and sweets were served. There is also an eyebrow master, but I have not used this service yet. I was pleased with the location, close to the metro and in the center.

I signed up for a manicure with a coating and a French jacket. I relied on the administrator, she assured me that the master is excellent and the procedure will take 2 hours. In fact: when requesting a soft square and gel coating instead of a base (they don't warn about the surcharge for that), so that the coating is smooth and without bumps, for some reason they saw my nails with an arch, I ask you to file just exactly, without an arc - another master manages to make a remark about my shape (???). Barely as my master tries to make an even sawdust, he begins to put gel — instead of an even coating, I get a layout according to the shape of the nail and for some reason the master cuts out parallels that are no longer parallels at all. Everything is twisted and narrowed, no jacket will look normal anymore. There are bumps on my right hand, I have to wash it down — the gel is now transparent and the master wants to let me go, so please fix it. Corrects to barrels again. At the checkout, I find out that the surcharge for the gel is 50k, and this squalor costs 300,000 soums. Oh, they also did the additional growth on the big nail — is it beautiful?
In addition, the hood does not seem to work — everything is in the dust, everything flies to the master in the face and to the client's clothes. The skin is already matted, as can be seen in the photo, and sawn through.

I was on eyebrow correction, the master burned the skin around the eyebrows. I decided that I would not re-record. And to leave everything as it is, no one forced me to go there. When the administrator called to confirm the recording, I canceled the recording explaining the reason. And then the administrator's full SEAMS began. The person from the salon not only wrote all sorts of heresy against me, but she offered me to rub the skin around my eyebrows with a scrub!!! This is advised by people who work in the beauty industry. I have never met such illiterate, incompetent, non-client-oriented employees in the beauty industry. So this ignoramus couldn't even apologize, she went begging.

I was as satisfied as possible after the visit. There is a cosmetologist, an eyebrow master and very cool manicure masters. A huge selection of color palettes. There are many shades of the base, which is rare. Lovely cozy studio design. Polite staff. I will definitely come back again and recommend it to everyone!
