well for the price in my opinion, you can stay for one night if you need to stay in the city. The walls are thin, so you can hear the neighbors. the staff is friendly, the breakfast is modest, I attach a photo.

I don't recommend it.
1) The room is not cleaned. The bathroom has mold and a terrible smell.
2) The shower head is leaking from all sides. No pressure. All plumbing needs to be repaired.
3) The air conditioner lives its own life, then it turns off spontaneously, then turns on when turned off in the dead of night.
4) Very good audibility. Since the hotel is located by the road, you can hear the horns of cars, the roar of a motorcycle engine and neighbors on the floor from the street. We were lucky and a family with children settled on our floor and they made noise and played every night, but it was audible so that we were with them. The doors are wooden and without thresholds.
5) there is very little space, we chose a room with a desk and a double bed, but we settled in a room where there is no table in which to work. And the beds are single.

Convenient location, breakfast is very modest (boiled egg, tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese, sausage) everything is served on one plate. The audibility is excellent, because the doors are wooden. The price does not match.
