I recently visited a car wash located at 53 Vaupshasova Street and decided to share my experience. I've been there two or three times and each time I've chosen the optimal car wash, which includes several steps: washing the bottom, cleaning the discs and sills, applying shampoo, using pink foam twice, rinsing with water, waxing, rinsing and drying the car.
As for the washing itself, it is performed quite well. The bottom and discs are washed at the same level, and I like the way the car looks after being treated with shampoo and pink foam. However, there is one serious disadvantage — drying. Every time after a visit, I have to wipe the car additionally, as it remains under-dried. One time I had a very unpleasant situation: the car was not dried at all, and I was forced to demand a refund of some of the money, which in the end I was satisfactorily compensated.
In addition, additional services are offered at the car wash, such as a vacuum cleaner. Unfortunately, I was unable to use them because the equipment was faulty. Why offer such options if they don't work? This, of course, negatively affects the overall impression.
In general, I cannot say that I was satisfied with my experience, and I believe that the price I paid does not match the quality of the services provided. I'm still looking for a car wash that could really please me. As a result, I can give this sink three stars out of five.

25 minutes in the cold - ice appeared.
The cherry on the cake was the SMM girl, who came up and asked to take a video of the car when we were already standing near the entrance. Guys, only the cheese in the mousetrap is free.
I came across a video in tiktok. She left an honest comment. The comment was deleted, i.e. negative comments on social media. the nets are being cleaned.

I am absolutely unhappy with the car wash. It doesn't match the advertisement at all. For the money that they charge for the sink, you can wash more efficiently.
It started with the fact that the kiosk for program selection and payment was not working. I had to wait more than 20 minutes. After restarting the software, the card payment did not take place. As the employee of the car wash explained, after each card payment, the kiosk "freezes".
After washing the body, I was dissatisfied with the result: all the barely hidden details remained unwashed. The dirt on the arches just didn't wash off, and the hood remained dirty. All these defects are visible in the photo.
If they don't fix the situation, there's no point in coming here...

I arrived at the car wash on 23.02 at 00:20. I washed up only at 02:40)) a very long waiting time (although it says that even in the most expensive package, the car time is 11 minutes) there were a maximum of 5-6 people in front of me (it doesn't take two hours)
I took a premium for 20 rubles, it literally differs by additional rinsing and additional drying. I don't think 5 rubles is worth it.
The very quality of the sink also leaves much to be desired. Although for 20 rubles they will also wash with streaks on a regular sink. Double drying still leaves quite a lot of water. While drying, water is draining from the sink itself. After washing, after 15 minutes, there is a lot of ice on the thresholds.
The staff of the car wash itself quickly approached and told people what to do.
Perhaps the sink will show itself better when the temperature is above zero, but for now. In winter, it's definitely worth overpaying at another car wash.

Initially, I was determined to write a not very flattering review. And indeed, there are cases and there are enough of them. But more about them later. Initially, I will say this, dear customers of this sink, you must clearly understand what service you are coming here for. The main focus here is on speed. Of course, manual washing is no match for a robot and will always be more advantageous than it, but all other things being equal, it will take more time. At the same time, I would like to note that the sink cleans well in general. I charged a tariff for 20 rubles. And if you close your eyes to the nuances, then on the whole I was satisfied with her. BUT... there are nuances. I don't know if this is a private car wash or a state-owned one, but it looks like it's state-owned, because there are enough unintelligent moments. It can be seen that the customer orientation is simply ignored here. So: the payment terminal has been moved somewhere. It is not clear why it could not be placed at the entrance so that one did not have to get out of the car. And yes, it hangs from time to time. The admin is probably already tired of running there, so he doesn't respond to the call button, chatting with another client instead of doing his job. The sink room itself is dirty, with a low ceiling, which creates unnecessary fog. Personally, I started washing the bottom from the middle of the car, which again indicates poorly configured sensors. At what point the disks were being washed there, I still did not understand. At the moment of pouring wax or osmotic water, the robot worked with the machine only on one side. But thanks for the side drying separately. Well done here for sparing no expense. To summarize, I will say the following. It doesn't wash badly, but if they don't clean up the messes, then I definitely won't become a regular customer. The customer orientation is weak...

For a technical sink (10p) is acceptable. One application of shampoo and rinse is enough to remove dirt.
There is no point in taking more expensive sinks!
Today I used the car wash for 20p extra:

applying pink shampoo
washing the bottom
washing discs

, drying.
The car is in the same condition as after the technical washing, only almost dry.
Washing the bottom only at the entrance to the line takes 5 seconds. naturally, nothing will be washed there during this time.
The disks remain dirty
After drying, the entire body and glass are stained.
I don't see the point in paying for all this.
