In general, the facility is beautiful in appearance but outdated,the sofas,beds and pillows in the room where we stayed were quite uncomfortable,there was a cold water outage during the day, a hot water outage in the evening,the valve through which thermal water flowed was defective,we forced it open by pressing but could not close it, they could not come immediately despite our notification, the water flowed in vain for more than an hour.the phone was out of order when we left,they fixed it when we told them,I'm so sorry, but there was a smell of urine in some parts of the facility and in the bathroom.the employees are working, please,the food was good, but the tea after the meal was paid,it was not a pleasant situation as if the whole facility was left to tea money.Friday Saturday Sunday paid off, we were going to return, but we left on Saturday evening, despite the fact that we had paid for it.

The facility is very well thought out and planned. But he is quite worn out with the fatigue of the years. It needs maintenance and repair in every aspect. The quality of service has decreased compared to previous years. But it's still a nice facility. Unfortunately, if it does not undergo very comprehensive maintenance, repair and overhaul as soon as possible, its future does not look bright. This was the third time I had Decamped in a year. But it is doubtful whether I will be able to come next year. I hope this beautiful facility will be overhauled and saved before it goes to waste. Otherwise, it would be a pity.

The facility is located on the edge of the forest, the air is Clean, Made with First-quality Materials and First-Jul Workmanship. 5 for 4 years. our arrival, the plan and project of our apartment, the facility and the spas are very beautiful to us. You can spend your days and fill up your time without ever leaving the facility, but if you still want to travel, Bolu center, Abant, Gölcük, Akkayalar, Kartalkaya and Seven Lakes are very close.
