I contacted this office "Our cleaning" (Bobruisk) and agreed on cleaning a 1-room apartment, window washing, dry cleaning of sofas and chairs with the administrator Evgenia. We agreed at first that there would be guys from the Ministry of Emergency Situations who were very experienced, as a result, upon arrival, a young girl, a woman (visually they did not inspire confidence that they were experienced, but already as it is) and the administrator Evgenia - "responsible" (in quotes). We arrived at 11 o'clock on May 7, worked until almost 19 o'clock, I asked them to take their time and do the work efficiently, they took their time and did the work, then I came to take the job and the administrator constantly urged me that they still had an order and it was very urgent to go to order to wash the mattress, that they were already they have been waiting for a long time that they delayed the prescribed time, all the equipment was already taken out of the apartment, I immediately found dirt on the floor, dust and sand type, although they said the floor was washed several times, the sink was dirty- the administrator then wiped it off when checking, the bedside table was dusty, but come on, they wiped it with a cloth in front of me, allegedly cleaned up, I paid the money all as agreed 410 bel. rub., I was not given a check for the work done (I did not bother with this, I trusted, since Evgenia initially has to herself) but there is a proverb, trust-but check (it's your own fault that you let them go and didn't make them redo the work). The next day after work in the evening, we stopped by the apartment and transported things, and noticed that it was dirty everywhere, there was dust and dirt under the wall of the TV in general, dirty inside the locker, dust in the closet, dirt everywhere on the baseboards, dust, streaks on the tile and dirty everywhere, there was also an unpleasant smell in the hall, where the sofa was washed, but that's not all- the sofa after dry cleaning was dirty and remained, the kitchen chairs too, they washed them with water and that's it, without technology and proper chemistry, the only thing that was normally washed was the windows, the ceilings were wiped from dust, the cabinets in the kitchen from scotch tape, since everything was covered with film before repair In order not to make a mess, the kitchen was more or less cleaned, but it was paid for the entire 1-room apartment, my wife cleaned herself (although I wanted to make her work easier and therefore hired cleaning). In order not to sit in the dirt, as a result, we washed the floor again a couple of times and the water was dirty, everything was wiped and washed everywhere, tiles, cabinets, I called them to wash them again on the sofa, they arrived, washed, washed, the sofa was so dirty and remained after it dried, yellowness and dent on the sofa as it was so and she stayed, the stench in the room did not disappear. Another person came for dry cleaning and how much dirt was pulled out (video was shot), now the sofa has become really gray as it was, the yellowness and wrinkling of the fabric is gone, the stench from the room is gone!!! In general, guys, take care of your time, nerves and money, I am responsible for my words that you grab grief, or Eugenia did this specifically with my apartment, I can't speak for everyone, but I am dissatisfied with their work, everything is in vain. The administrator Evgenia was also very angry when I expressed my dissatisfaction on the phone that many days had passed, although I told her a day after work that she likes to count and receive money for work, but does not want to be responsible for the work done, I do not say for the entire office of Our Cleaning maybe the second administrator takes a responsible approach to his business and other teams of guys, but Evgenia and those who came with her are sad-trouble.
