It's terrible, the building is huge, but it's no use - you wait for two hours! The waiting room is very small and very stuffy. The smell of plastic. The entrance is unclear, is it possible to go or not!? And how do I get there anyway? At least the navigator showed it. The staff is terrible - you explain first at the reception, then also directly from a specialist. And at the same time, they consider customers to be fools who do not know how to explain. Well, it's clear that there is a payment for everything. There is no cash register, only a card. This is probably the first time I've written a negative review. You can open a bank branch there, better BNB - there are long queues there too! Warmth and kindness to all!

Avoid this office. I have never met an organization with more careless and rude employees. It was necessary to issue a deed of gift for real estate and I asked at the reception: what is needed for this? The woman replied: first, then, you need to make an appointment for a consultation with a notary - and the appointment is only at the end of the week at 8.00. What can I do, I signed up - I came at the end of the week at 7.58. Already another woman at the reception is dissatisfied with the phrase: "Wait, it's not 8.00 yet!" Apparently, he didn't give me any coffee to drink. It's okay, I'll wait these 2 minutes. Then the administrator announces: "Now the five-minute period is over - and you will go to the notary." It's okay, I think I'll wait until the notary drinks coffee. I go to the notary and she says: "Where are such and such certificates and documents? It is impossible to do the procedure without them!" I was taken aback: I signed up for a consultation on these certificates and documents just to know what needs to be prepared. "At the reception, the receptionist should have said what documents were needed for the procedure," I am very glad that "I should have said" - then I would have had a "consultation" and would not have signed up for a week. And most importantly: the notary is sitting at the table - and with an imperturbable look she continued to prove that the administrator "could not help but say about the necessary certificates-documents" to prove the opposite - like a pea against the wall. As a result, out of emotion, I somehow pulled out of this "notary" a list of necessary certificates-documents - and signed up for the donation procedure at the notary office at 4/1 Minskoye Highway, 2nd floor. By the way, I highly recommend it - real experts, professionals in their field. And although the office at 2b Schmidt Ave. is closest to home (that's why I applied), still, if you need a notary again, then just go to the office at 4/1 Minskoe Shosse Str.

The main advantage is that there is no queue, it is fast and convenient. 15 minutes before lunch, Natarius listened, prompted, and helped. A couple of hours later, including lunch time, they came and took the documents. Before that, we were still in a couple of places, then there are no specialists, then they are busy, then the record is only in a week.
