By 9:30 they started accepting, the queue was 35, but I waited an hour and a half. Then I came to the operator, it turns out that their system does not work!!!! Bullying (I note that all operators do it to their close friends without waiting in line!! And others need a queue ticket!!) we live in the 21st century (the age of innovation and artificial intelligence, but our people have to wait in line for 2-3 hours at least).
