So far, the square is under renovation, there is no flag on the flagpole, but the park around is pleasant, beautiful, with a complete absence of people, except for gardeners and builders. It's very deserted.

Under reconstruction (everything is plowed over), it is impossible to pass, it is long and not convenient to go around, especially in the heat. There are builders and cleaners all around, there are no toilets.
