I would say the equivalent of the observation deck in Moscow is Moscow City. 😁 One of the highest public places in Minsk, offering good views of the capital! Another useful thing is one of the few free parking spots near the center of Minsk and near the metro! 😁 Parking, by the way, is quite free.

I dreamed of visiting this library, which I did as soon as I got the chance. Suddenly, the gigantic library conquered my heart, mind and eyes))) The interesting futuristic building corresponds to the reality inside. A huge collection of books, a comfortable reading room, and a well-functioning staff mechanism. Thank you. In particular, I liked the interesting bison assembled from typewriter parts.

We were on the observation deck. There are a lot of people, queues. The site itself is far from the center, nothing impressive is simply visible. The panorama is separated by a glass fence that is not completely transparent or clean, and is located at an angle. In my opinion, a trick for tourists. As for the architecture of the library itself, it is possible for an amateur to get acquainted with the masterpiece in absentia.
