The National Museum consists of two buildings, located in the very center of Havana. One building of contemporary art and Cuban artists, relatively recently built. I liked the third floor, if I'm not mistaken, where Cuban artists are represented. The Palace of Fine Arts has an elegant staircase, a stained glass ceiling, and world paintings. The collection is not that big. Although there may be a lot in the storerooms, as they say, and some of the halls were closed.
The minus is the toilets, both in the museum and throughout Cuba. There is a problem with flushing and you have to pay for it separately.

It is located near all the attractions. The Capitol is nearby, the Bolshoi Theater, old Havana. But... the museum was not entered because it was closed all the time.
