A great museum both inside and out. Much is dedicated to the heyday of the Moldavian Principality, especially the national hero Stefan cel Mare. You can book a guided tour in Russian. I was completely satisfied with the museum.

I was very pleased with visiting this museum. The department of the archaeological exposition was of the greatest interest to me, for which I went to this museum. The materials are interesting, bright, diverse, grouped according to the cultural and typological principle, divided into epochs and cultures. The exposition is designed very well: the inspection of the exhibit can be carried out from different sides, there are descriptions in tables in three languages. Other halls dedicated to the period from the Middle Ages to the end of the XX century also attract attention with the materials collected in them. There is also a large bookstore on the ground floor, and scientific books and magazines, such as archaeology, can be purchased at the cash desk. I recommend it for a visit.
