The controller visited with JSC BESK, ordered the electricity meter to be sealed, gave the address Kazakhstan 5, agreed on September 5, a man came and sealed the meter for hot water, the meter needed to be sealed only a year later, tore off 2800. They clearly asked for an electric seal. Again, you need resources and money and time. People who don't work carefully, the service is disgusting. I do not recommend anyone to contact them.
