A lot of fuss about nothing.
Another dummy company hired a lot of young, pleasant-looking girls to lure rich, bored people.
The theater starts with a hanger, and a decent organization starts with parking, as a minimum concern for its customers. So, there is no parking here, only a small patch near the house where people can "stick" their car for a while. The "non-school" itself is located in the basement. It's crowded and noisy inside: there are a lot of staff inviting you to take training courses.
The vocal teacher is an eccentric girl, according to her, who at that time had neither higher pedagogical nor higher musical education.
And the price tag for training is like that of a famous master.
In general, it does not correspond to the concept of "price-quality".
Conclusion: you can spend time for decent money, but, in my opinion, you should not expect high learning outcomes.
