The atmosphere is very cozy, the tables are separated by counters with artificial greenery, creating a sense of privacy. A neat and comfortable bathroom. Calm, unobtrusive music. The menu is modest, but the food is quite decent. I didn't have enough vegetable salads. There's only Caesar and sliced vegetables on the menu. The rest of the salads are meat. This is probably due to the fact that almost every hot dish is served with a pile of finely chopped vegetables. There is a large selection of coffee, but desserts are sad. The prices are adequate, you can sit with your girlfriends. Not so much "Ah..", but the place is quite decent.

We celebrated a double Anniversary with my husband on 02/08/2025 at the cafe Naples. We would like to express our boundless gratitude and many THANKS to the administrative director Alla Alexandrovna and all the staff of the cafe for the wonderful table and service of the holiday! The interior is festive, all the dishes are amazing, the portions are large! And what a cozy atmosphere!!!!! The service is top notch! Special THANKS to DJ Denis! Everything was very pleasant, all the guests were delighted. The party was a 300 percent success. We will definitely come back here! We recommend everyone to visit Cafe Naples.

We had a rest on Friday, the DJ was handsome, the music did not leave the desire to leave the dance floor. The Caesar salad was brought in 10 minutes, very tasty, I haven't eaten anything so delicious for a long time, I liked the set of tinctures, the pleasant and friendly waitress, the hot fish with vegetables was also very pleasant. For the sake of this comment, I registered here. We went to these establishments with friends, colleagues, and family for many years. But, the last 3 weeks it's just a wild horror, and not the kitchen has become. How much is decided by which shift is working, Masha's shift hot dishes wow, delicious, cool , cold dishes as if they were taken out of the trash and put on a plate and greens on top. Changing two dishes is just a horror , starting from cold and hot dishes , ending with waiters . The cold dishes are beautiful but absolutely not tasty, the products are far from the first freshness.I just don't say anything about pizzas - school sausage mash for the price of a good dish, hot dishes are disgusting, over-dried, cold serving, cold lump of mashed potatoes, salad that was on the blackboard. Waitresses want to be washed and ironed , made up , dressed . Complaints to the management, let the staff go on vacation, they eat and fall asleep on the move , they ask 5 times what kind of dishes I told them, they don't know how to talk, they want to buy a primer. The last visit was on February 21st and the last one . We will be looking for a new establishment with all our extended family and friends. It's a pity that Naples is dead

The music was great, everyone danced, even the sober ones. Congratulations and ordering a song for reasonable money (5 rubles). The waiters packed everything that was left in containers very quickly and put them in bags.

The administrator called in 2 weeks and refused the reservation, because the right number of people was not recruited. Upon arrival at the cafe, the information was announced completely different, lies and deception of pure water. The attitude is boorish, the behavior is unsatisfactory, they did not consider it necessary to talk, they only referred to the fact that they would return the money. The mood is ruined. From now on, I recommend everyone not to contact this institution.

Lighting equipment appeared in the small hall where we celebrated the anniversary, which made our evening colorful. The kitchen, as always, is on top. It's a great place!
After lunch in this institution, the temperature rose 39.6 after 40 minutes and I spent the next 3 days on the toilet with green diarrhea and fever. The evil doctor said that I had poisoning, if the temperature did not drop, then call an ambulance and an infectious diseases hospital... But everything is fine!
I definitely give 5 stars, thank you for the opportunity to relax on sick leave and think about the meaning of life on the toilet!

We visited for the first time for the sake of interest. We came in with a child (daughter 6 years old), we previously agreed that we would order pizza and whatever desserts. Immediately upon entering the cafe, we were informed that pizza was temporarily not being made. Well, we undressed, there was one visitor in the cafe, the waitress was "bored" at the bar and chatted with the bartender or maybe with the administrator (?). The menu was brought quickly, and just as quickly we decided to find out if we had chosen what we would order - literally in a minute!!!??? Given the format of the menu, I doubt that it is possible to determine what you will eat in a minute!! Apparently, this institution is not interested in research in the field of marketing, and they do not know that a person first "Eats with his eyes" and only then applies organoleptic functions!! In the general menu without photos of dishes, in order to choose an order, you need to read the composition of the dishes several times.
So we ordered:
Caesar salad with chicken (I)
Cream vegetable soup (daughter)
Milkshake with topping (daughter)
Fried potatoes with mushrooms and onions(I)
Orange juice in a glass (I)
When making an order, I immediately asked to bring coloring books and pencils for the child if they have such a service. The coloring book was brought, and the pencils too, only the pencils turned out to be in a torn box and half of the pencils were worn off or the pencils were broken, when I asked for a sharpener or other pencils, the waitress replied that there was neither one nor the other. Then she could be heard "thinking out loud" at the bar that they should be taken home to sharpen! (WHAT???) - (owners, director, administrator) of the cafe, are you there at all, what do you do? Now to the food!)))):
Caesar salad from a cheap salad, chopped fine, to taste 3+, but we ate everything with our daughter.
Vegetable cream soup is fine, the serving temperature is excellent - credit!
Fried potatoes with mushrooms and onions - what's serious? sliced potatoes, deep-fried until golden brown and then mixed with separately fried mushrooms and separately fried onions - is it possible to eat? All this is in a "sizzling" frying pan, at the bottom of which floats the oil dripping from the potatoes! - it's called bon appetit and hello heartburn! UV - mastered 2 slices!))))
I asked the waiter what kind of interesting cocktail for the child, they offered a milkshake with a topping to choose from!! - Damn, listen, there are so many opportunities today, don't you "rot" with your milkshake, or are you stuck in the USSR?
The interest from visiting the cafe "Naples" is 100% satisfied, I will not come to you again. My daughter liked it when she grows up and earns money at the cafe, she will probably come!))))

I like this place. In the West microdistrict, I consider it the most interesting and worthy. Cozy, tasty and with a reasonable price tag. The menu is European. You can eat and have a snack with beer. An open track is open during the warmer months. There is also a glazed one for cooler days. The waiters are friendly and conscientious.
