I applied to a furniture manufacturing company. Everything went well at the first meeting: we discussed the details, and I was promised that they would contact me in a few days to coordinate the cost and clarify further actions. However, contrary to expectations, there was no call or message from the company for a week. I had to take the initiative myself and get in touch. Imagine my surprise when I was faced with a complete lack of interest in my order. I have not heard a clear explanation and possible solution from the specialist.
The contrast between this attitude and the abundance of positive reviews is particularly striking. Apparently, I was unlucky to encounter the other side of the company, where the customer is not a priority, but a burden. It is a pity that such a promising company at first glance could not meet even the minimum expectations. I will be looking for more responsible performers.

Finally, the repair is over and there is time to write a review about the skinali. It looks great!! As for me, it is much more interesting than the usual tiles. There are more than enough images to choose from! I probably couldn't decide for a day) The installation was clean, they use a vacuum cleaner right away, so, as they say, not a speck, not a speck of dust. The backlight is pleasant to the eye, it does not dazzle, but it is perfectly visible, you can cook and wash the dishes with the general light turned off.
