General impressions:
It is difficult to meet a person in Batumi who turned out to be indifferent to the gastronomic experiments in the Asian cuisine of the chefs of the Neko restaurant. The combined impressions are based on the usual criteria of service, food and interior. Everything is maintained at the same level without obvious deviations in one direction or the other. Employees approach the service with concern for the customer's mood.
Service: Entering the establishment at off-peak times, we were met by a very courteous young man who offered a fairly large table for three people, including a child. He also warned that the table was booked for a certain time. I drew attention to the fact that there is an air conditioner above it, and this can negatively affect the visit, especially with a child. Based on the above, I offered a table for two, and delivered the third chair.
The restaurant's menu is available by QR code, and the restaurant is located in the basement. Therefore, the employee promptly offered to use their Wi-Fi, the password to which is on the back of the qr card.
The employee informed us that the dishes on the menu are their own designs, and we will not find classic positions in Philadelphia or California.
While waiting for the order, each guest was personally supplied with water with cucumber.
From that moment on, the waiter was replaced, from which a new perception originates.
When voicing the order, we were asked if we were allergic to any ingredients, which was the first case in Georgia in 2 years. It's nice that such nuances of the service are gradually emerging. Again, this became the subject of a joke, since this issue is marked with a price of 999 Gel on the restaurant menu.
The dishes were served together and without tedious expectations.
I would like to draw your attention to the fact that at the next table, the guests complained that the Internet was not catching in the basement, and they could not open the menu, they asked to give them a paper copy. Our new waiter did not offer any offers to use their local Wi-Fi. Most likely, it was the personal advice of the first employee who met us at the restaurant. I think that such a hint can be implemented at the level of the entire staff, and only then proceed to the paper menu.
The only nuance that I can pay attention to: despite the small number of tables, dirty dishes were on the table before the request for full payment (10-15 minutes).
Meal:
We ordered three dishes: poke with salmon, a roll with shrimp and passion fruit sauce, a roll with smoked squid and tom yam sauce.
Poke with salmon is a large portion of chopped vegetables and herbs with fresh salmon. A beautiful serving on a rice substrate, which allows you to feel the balanced taste of different ingredients, focused on different preferences: sweet avocado, crispy cucumber with coconut sauce, moderately spicy chuka salad, nori leaves
Roll with smoked squid and tom yam sauce - an unusual combination of squid with rice popcorn and cream cheese seems very neutral and barely noticeable until it comes into contact with the thick, spicy tom yam sauce. Tom yam does not reach the classic sharpness, again, this is facilitated by interrupting the taste of omelet tomago and cream cheese. But the thrill will still haunt you for a while.
A roll with shrimp and passion fruit sauce is my personal top, despite the fact that the roll itself with shrimp seems lean. In combination with the sauce, the taste is transformed, making the dish interesting and expressive. In contrast to the previous dish in particular.
Interior:
The establishment is small, designed for 2-3 large companies of 6-8 people and two more tables for 2-3. You can also stay at the bar. In the institution, given its basement location, there is an atmosphere of semi-darkness, which does not make you strain your eyes much, but also will not allow you to take perfect photos without a flash. There are no obvious accents on unusual lamps or lighting, paintings or floor vases, as can often be seen in Asian cuisine establishments. On the contrary, minimalism and focus on clear, even lines prevail. The only unusual item is a rope hanger holder in the dressing room at the entrance. Nevertheless, in continuation of the rope theme, wicker seat cushions are made.

Very cozy and pleasant atmosphere. We ordered rolls with eel and tuna with raspberry sauce, the latter was indescribably delicious. Fresh, juicy cocktails, especially liked with lychee.
As soon as they sat down, they brought cucumber water.
The service is 10/10, I recommend it.

If I had known that the food would be so delicious, I would have definitely taken a photo.
The staff is polite and courteous, immediately brought water with cucumber. And, most importantly, they asked if there was an allergy - this is the first time I've encountered it.
A convenient electronic menu in three languages - Russian, English and Georgian.
Each set of rolls here is unusual and each comes with a unique sauce. And each of the sets is a work of culinary art.
Culinary wonders do not stop at rolls - I highly recommend the Truffle Tom Yam.
The next time I'm in Batumi, I'll definitely come by. And I advise you

The institution has its own concept. This is not Philadelphia and the sets. For example, there are rolls with shrimp and mango and passion fruit sauce. Очень крутые роллы и по вкусу и по подаче. Много раз приезжала в Батуми, пробовала во многих местах и тут самые вкусные! Потрясающая подача, удобно, что делают с собой. Угостила подруг — они тоже в восторге! В Москве подобные ролы будут гораздо дороже, хотя в Москве прям таких не встречала. Цена тут гораздо ниже, чем практически у всех, а качество и вкус на уровень выше.
Интерьер, персонал, сервис прям на высоте. Ребята очень стараются))
К каждому роллу идет свой особенный соус. Пока попробовала только с лососем и тунцом и это восторг! Сегодня за новыми пойду))

Today is my holiday! For the first time, warm water with lemon was brought to me when I ordered warm water with lemon. I almost always wash down my food with it for the last few years. In establishments, I was brought about 200 times on this request either boiling water, or without lemon, or at room temperature, or boiling water with lemon + a bottle of water, etc. I've already lost faith in people. But there was a waiter who listens with his ears, and brought exactly what they asked for. Warm water with lemon. Now I have +1 holiday a year. April 28. The day they brought me warm water with lemon and didn't make it up

Really tasty, high-quality and large rolls. Interesting presentation: all rolls are served not with soy sauce, but with their own author's. It's not like a classic experience, but it's also very tasty! All sets are 23 GEL each. They're worth it. Amazing cocktails! Very good quality ingredients. There are no hot dishes. Cozy minimalistic design is suitable to sit and chat quietly.

The best restaurant in Batumi! Unexpectedly, hungry people came in late in the evening - they left happy! We were warmly received, the service is very caring, the quality of the products is excellent, the combination of flavors is unusual and it's a bomb!!! Это просто одно из лучших заведений, где я был, буквально по всем пунктам для меня 5 звёзд:
- роллы очень вкусные, и интересные. Там нет стандартных Филадельфии и Калифорнии, которые я везде беру, вместо этого неизвестные авторские роллы, которые по вкусу реально крутые. Всего там вроде 8 позиций, но они все особенные, к каждому виду свой авторский соус. Обязательно попробуйте ролл с угрём, он просто 10/10;
- интерьер простой, но стильный, мягкое освещение, не люблю когда очень светло;
- адекватные цены, как для Грузии;
- приятная музыка, поддерживающая атмосферу;
- дружелюбный персонал, особенно запомнился сушист с роскошной бородой :D
Отдельное спасибо за шоты за счёт заведения, это было очень приятно )

A ruined Valentine's Day and one star for not being able to plan staff time and resources.
My husband booked a table on February 14th, because for the first time in a long time we managed to celebrate a holiday together, we came to the time. There were no tables available (well, how is that?!). We stood at the entrance for 20 minutes, then they put us in - attention! - behind the bar… Because the tables are all occupied. It's convenient to drink cocktails at the bar, but definitely not to eat rolls. Yes, they promised to transfer us as soon as there are available seats, but then why did we book a table? after another 10 minutes, the waiter came up in a hurry to take the order and said that the rolls would be cooked until one o'clock.
I understand that it's a holiday. I understand that you have the only place with delicious rolls for the whole city. But why accept a table reservation if you can't estimate how many tables will be occupied? You have one waiter for a huge establishment, people sit for 30 minutes even without drinks at the tables (I saw it with my own eyes, since exactly in front of us a couple just sat down at a vacant table, and we waited for our "reservation"). Warn in advance that you have to wait for an hour and a half. This is your area of responsibility, not the client's. How do I know that you are in a hurry, and there are empty seats in the next restaurant, for example?
We left and did not order anything, the mood was spoiled, and I did not have so much free time to wait 2 hours from the entrance to the restaurant to the moment of eating. At 11 p.m., I had to look for another restaurant.
You undoubtedly have delicious rolls, but the organization is a complete mess during the holidays. And there are no irreplaceable places, even in Batumi. We won't come again.

Это идеальные роллы, отличный размер, рыбы много и вкусной, соуса к каждым видам ролл необычно и в точку! Команда заведения приятная по общению и чувствуется что профессиональная! Можно взять на вынос и доставка появилась!

Это волшебно! Вариация ролла с лососем и авокадо - ролл дополнен сладким соусом и икрой, вкус очень интересный, свежо и сочно. Коктейль взяла всего один, но зайдём попробовать и остальные. Бонус - можно взять питомца, хоть ребята и не заявляют, что они пет-френдли.

В общем. Я в шоке. Это настолько ново, настолько необычно. Настолько всё вкусно, что цензурных слов найти не могу, поэтому лучше промолчу) гигантское спасибо за еду, напитки, креативные вкусы, мои рецепторы просто ликуют от счастья. 1) Это самые вкусные роллы, которые я пробовал на данный момент
2) По размеру, они очень приличные, навскидку каждый весит грамм 40-50
3) Подача супер
4) Отсутствие стандартных позиций-это только плюс, который заставляет тебя подключать воображение и дает поле для экспериментов. Ребята супер молодцы, обслуживание на высоте, очень общительные и доброжелательные. Если хотите хорошо провести вечер, то вам определенно сюда
