Thank you so much for the introduction. Dolphins and seals are just super, real actors. I really liked the performance. We still have a lot of positive emotions, photos and videos.
We were in Minsk on Monday and the child was really looking forward to our trip to the dolphinarium. But we didn't know if the dolphinarium was open on Monday, because different sites write differently. They tried to call me. We called for half a day and none of the numbers answered. We're already upset that we won't get to the show. Let's go at random, but they're working.
It's great that the cost of the dolphinarium also includes a visit to the zoo, terrarium, exoterrarium. The dinopark is paid separately.
I really liked it at the zoo too. There are a lot of animals. All the animals are well-groomed, in large free caves. You can take custody of the animals.

On his birthday, the child was given a gift- the program "Relax with dolphins". To say that there was DELIGHT is to say nothing! The whole family accompanied the child and were incredibly satisfied: the parents-the performance, the child-the participation! The hit with the gift turned out to be 100%. Although the girl is 9 years old, she was a little worried that she might get scared and not go to the pool. Thank you very much to the coaches for their professionalism, for caring and attentiveness to the little participants! Everything went great! Dolphins are incredible, we will definitely come back!

If you've read terrible reviews and now doubt whether it's worth spending a lot of money on a dolphinarium - definitely worth it! Don't spare a penny! It's a miracle! I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews, we are so delighted that we even immediately decided to write a review, although we rarely do this. In order.
I wanted to surprise my 55+ year-old mother and husband by swimming with dolphins. Imagine my disappointment when I found out that the dolphinarium in Moscow was closed for reconstruction for a couple of years... But I'm persistent) I found a dolphinarium near Yaroslavl and in Minsk, considering the distances and all sorts of advantages, I chose the Minsk Dolphinarium and did not lose.
Cons:
you can't sign up online, you can't buy a ticket online either, it's difficult to get through, but you can write to the mail, and they will definitely answer you, but read about this in the pros)
Pros:
I wrote to the mail that I could not get through, Vasily called me back on the same day, told me that it would not be possible to sign up for the Dolphin Birthday program now because everything was busy, but he would come up with something and call me back on Wednesday. Honestly, I didn't even hope anymore, but on Wednesday Vasily contacted me and said that he had agreed with other people to postpone their time so that we could arrive at the dolphinarium from the train by 10:50 (here we apologize to the entire staff of the dolphinarium, we were almost 10 minutes late because of the taxi driver who he did not take us because of the payment by the Russian Federation card in the application). The guys were so understanding that they were right up to tears, that's honest! My mother has arthritis, she couldn't grab the dolphins by the fins in any way, but Kirill and Vasily fully engaged her, helped her, explained everything.
And a dolphin painted a picture for us, the guys filmed us and took a bunch of cool photos! In general, four dolphins for three is very cool! I was afraid at first, but Kirill helped me overcome my fear, and now I'm riding a dolphin belly!
The program is wonderful, after it we were taken to the shower, given a hairdryer and created all the conditions for a comfortable rest afterwards.
Dolphin trainer Anna, dolphin therapists Kirill and Vasily - you are simply the best specialists in the whole world! Thank you very much!
After that, we stayed at the show (paid separately) - a stunningly cool show!
I strongly advise everyone, both children and adults, to visit the Minsk Dolphinarium, it is a storm of positive emotions!

Recently we had the pleasure to visit the Nemo Dolphinarium in Minsk, which is part of the Minsk Zoo. It was a truly amazing performance that left a lot of positive emotions and vivid impressions. We were amazed by the skills and skill of the trainers, who managed to establish contact with dolphins and make them real artists on stage. But most of all, we remember a unique trick when the trainer stood on his hands on the muzzles of two dolphins. We have not seen this in other dolphinariums in the world! Bravo to these talented artists! The show itself was colorful, dynamic, interesting, and we were very pleased with our visit to the Minsk Dolphinarium. This is a great place for family leisure and a great time.
We will definitely come back here again and will be happy to recommend it to our friends!

A great place to relax. The dolphinarium performance lasts approximately 40 minutes. (Children do not have time to get tired). Spectacular, beautiful, impressive. There is also an interesting (sometimes contact) zoo on the territory. Of course, you will not be able to leave a limb with a tiger or a lion, but you will be able to stroke horses or a camel. There are places for free parking, on the side of the zoo. There is a place to turn gray-have a snack and have a great time.

It was my first time in our dolphinarium. The impression is DELIGHTED!!! It's warm inside, close to the pool, and accordingly everything is very clearly visible! At the entrance, they warn where to sit, so as not to stay wet after the performance 😀 The trainers are great, and the artists 🐬🐬🐬🐬 - without words at all! The program is interesting. My mother (she is 77 years old) saw dolphins for the first time and was also very pleased with the performance! You can take pictures with dolphins and even swim! It is worth visiting with children, and adults will be fine. A good performance, but short, only 40 minutes. The animals are all well-groomed. Excellent and competent work of the coaches. Swimming with dolphins is something amazing! For the first time we were with a child at the Minsk dolphinarium. I liked everything - friendly staff, coach Eugene just made our day (his humor won us over), clean pool, everything is fast and clear. And of course dolphins! Three adults and one kid, they know their job perfectly and give people joy. Children who cannot swim are given a vest, you can take a shower and use a hairdryer, there is no locker room, but there are screens for changing clothes. You can buy a swimming ticket at the entrance to the zoo (payment by card and cash), you can also at the dolphinarium itself, but only for cash. In general, everything was cool, I recommend it!

We were with our son at the performance. The sea lion and 4 dolphins performed. It was dynamic and interesting.
After the performance, I swam with dolphins. The water is cold, but the sensations are indescribable, you have to try. 5 minutes is quite enough. It was lucky that it was warm outside, because there is no hair dryer there to dry your hair. Be sure to take a towel and put something warmer on afterwards.

We visited the dolphinarium. The performances are good. But it took a very long time to start. It should have started at 18:00. it started at 18: 15. Tip: If you have a restless child, then come at 18: 10+-. My child at 18.10. Already began to cry and wanted to leave.
A very big problem happened with the photo. We bought the photo for 30 rubles. As a result, the photo is just terrible. The photographer, she is the presenter, did not take into account the sun's rays. Only dolphins are perfect in the photo, and our faces were illuminated. My husband took the photo, he didn't look at it. I was at the Dinopark with my child at that moment. When I saw it, the dolphinarium was closed. I would return this photo. There weren't many people in the photo, so there was no hurry. After all, you make people's memories. And not just take a picture and that's it. The photographer must take everything into account, see once again how the light is applied, and so on. But what happened happened.... It was necessary to send people to the blue sector for a photo, there is a shadow there.
When I began to write and ask, at least in electronic form, for a photo, they asked me to send a photo, they replied that yes, there was a terrible light, the dolphins were in the shade, but we were not. Well, it's not our fault, you yourself said that the photo should be taken, where the red sector is, there was a lot of sun....
When I repeatedly asked to send, if possible, a photo in electronic form, I did not receive an answer.
Another child was upset that he did not stroke the dolphin, she was really waiting for this moment, they thought at least with a photo she would stroke him a little, but....

The program (lesson) "Relax with dolphins" is the case when it is really impossible to convey emotions in words. It is simply impossible to remain indifferent. The child (and we, the parents) are delighted! The program itself lasts 25-30 minutes, includes acquaintance with dolphins, game moments (with balls, rings ...) and of course swimming with dolphins! We also danced a waltz, painted a picture (which can be left as a souvenir).
Special thanks to the dolphin therapist Kirill!👏 A man who knows everything about dolphins, and even more)) He knows and, most importantly, loves these incredible animals. We have learned so many interesting facts💯

We went to the show with the granddaughters of two and a half and four years old! It was a bit boring at the beginning, but then the children were interested in watching the sea lion and dolphins! I didn't like the presenter, it was unpleasant to hear the text in her presentation. There is an extensive zoo on the territory, various attractions, in general, there is a place where it is interesting to spend time with the whole family. The price/quality ratio is excellent!

The very representation of animals is interesting, only very loud music, this makes you want to escape from there faster, a big minus is that on the website and on billboards there are phone numbers where they offer to book tickets, in fact, no matter how much you call, they do not pick up the phone. It is impossible to reach them, and upon arrival at the dolphinarium, they say at the ticket office that you cannot choose tickets - they are issued in order, so it is better to arrive half an hour before the performance - we arrived 15 minutes before and got in line. True, she moved quickly, but we got 3 rows and places in the sun (

But at the beginning they hold a lottery for 25 rubles with prizes. There are a lot of people willing, but there are only 3 or 4 prizes. Losing the whole performance erased from my son's memory. It would be nice to come up with consolation prizes for everyone (a badge, a diploma of a dolphin's best friend or any rubbish) these are children, not everyone is ready for the early lottery experience)

Dolphins are great! After the show, you can take pictures with dolphins. I didn't like the way Eugene communicated with the children - rudely, the feeling that he was already tired of everything. The waiting time for photos on a day off is about 50 minutes

It's a classic performance, nothing original, but it's actually a plus. There is enough emotion for children for one or two times. One of the disadvantages is the delay in the start of the performance, given that the main contingent is small children who do not just wait. Another disadvantage is the obsessive imposition of additional paid services that are not included in the ticket price. It's very repulsive. Probably the financing leaves much to be desired and this is money for good purposes, I hope, but it is very repulsive.
