If I don't come, there are always long queues and 1 person works. Waiting from 1 hour in the queue. Once there were people at the checkout by appointment, it is not written anywhere that you need to register at the checkout and people sat waiting for 2 hours to receive money at the checkout. An electronic queue has been added, but there are still not enough staff and people sit in line for hours.
