Good evening! I want to share my experience! We took a VR set-top box for 4 days for children. 1. The joysticks in the consoles were quickly discharged, 2 for a long time they could not figure out why the helmet for the console did not work, after calls and reboots, the cable did not work.
On the day of the refund, they announced to me that I had to pay a fine of 9 rubles, since I kind of turned it off incorrectly, namely, I did not wait until the light bulb stopped burning! Although I personally turned off the console and I remember that all precautions were taken into account by me. Okay, I asked for any document on the basis of which they demand a fine from me, or a defective act or some other, to which I was told that they did not have to write anything out to me, Pay or put on the blacklist.
It's very interesting if there are many people like me who have been specifically extorted money without any confirmation and evidence. The situation itself is very unpleasant, I really felt like I was in the dashing 90s. And yes, I am an adult, but how many young people have got into such situations.

Gave the Ps5 console and two joysticks for repair / maintenance. They promised to do everything promptly.
So basically everything is fine! Good prices and high speed of work;)
P.S. I will summarize the results later…
There are no problems during the month of operation of the joysticks. As if they were new;)
And the 3-month warranty is a nice bonus.
Everything is fine with the console as well! It was turned off before cleaning (most likely due to overheating), but now there are no such problems.

We rented a PS5 to organize a more fun time with the company. They were delivered on time with a complete set and a ready-made contract, upon delivery they showed the whole set, told how to use it, paid attention to the correct shutdown of the set-top box (the shutdown algorithm was also told in detail, plus it is prescribed in the contract). There are a lot of games, everything worked properly, the joysticks did not have to be charged during the game (they were brought fully charged). For an additional fee, they can pick up and bring the console on their own (9p one way), there was a discount on the first order. Among the wishes, this is a shorter interval for the return of property (at least with a run of two hours, and not from 9 to 13). If you want to brighten up the evening with games, it's a good option

After the conversation , I turned off the set - top box exactly as explained on the phone , my girlfriend was a witness to the conversation and watched the order of my actions . The next day I arrived , the master checked the console and said that I had turned it off incorrectly , to which I listed all the above to him , there was no time to argue , etc . He left 20p and left . For some, this money is a trifle , but for others it is not , in any case , it is not pleasant. Good luck to the tenants.

Встречают хорошо. Поддержка никакая. Разногласия, которые возникают из-за пренебрежения проверки оборудования во время передачи клиенту, решаются только не в пользу клиента! Прокат сутки- но!!!! Неважно в какое время оформлен заказ после 11:00 ( это может быть из за задержки возврата предыдущего клиента оборудования, в любом случае возврат в 11:00 последующего дня( дней) даже если заказ оформлен в 20:40 вечера предыдущего дня! Это уже не сутки! Перерасчёта нет! Наушники- убитые в хлам, которые противно даже использовать! Линза в VR поцарапаны (даже специально меняли комплектующее после обнаружения дефектов очевидных). Не предлагают проверить, очень всё красиво преподносится, что вводит в доверительные договорные отношения! По факту- кидалово с ужасным оборудованием! Максим— основатель и глава данного ИП крайне категоричен в спорах только в свою сторону и очень любит спорить, где очевидно, что со стороны ИП есть косяк и недочёты! НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ!

Брал в аренду PS4 с вип-комплектом игр на большие каникулы - отлично провели 2 недели. 150 игр на любой вкус - прям кайф, а цены - вкуснотища! Менеджер внимательный и все помнит )))

Было 3 дня свободных среди недели, хотел с девушкой зависнуть дома и ничего не делать, решили взять приставку поиграть, чтобы совсем лежало не отлежать.
Друг посоветовал этих ребят, набрал, сориентировали по всем моментам, на мои по классике идиотские вопросы ответили.
Цена-отличная, если брать больше, чем на 1 день. Сами привезли, в конце забрали. Игр уже установлено много, нам двоим по крайней мере хватило с головой.
Что приятно удивило - курьер вместе с приставкой привез договор аренды. Я люблю, когда есть бумажки, мне так комфортнее и чувствую себя безопаснее.
Единственный минус- брал вечером, а отдать надо было до 11:00. Но в целом не критично, такова система, в следующий раз буду меньше кочевряжиться и закажу до 11 часов)
Со стороны ребята выглядят как бизнес, а не аренда в подвале у Ашота (Ашоты-к вам без претензий). Такое импонирует.
В общем, рекомендую
Будет опять настроение тюленя-точно еще раз обращусь.

Брал ps4 на пару дней и остался очень доволен. Хорошее отношение к клиенту, все подскажут и расскажут, предлагают лучшие варианты аренды. Для удобства заранее заполнили все документы на аренду и когда пришел просто забрал приставку и пошел! Всем рекомендую!!!

Брал диск в аренду на неделю. Очень жаль что независимо от времени доставки возвращать нужно до 11 утра. Но желание помочь и угодить клиенту это затмевает. Изменил решение, в следующий раз перед покупкой диска буду тестировать именно здесь
