I'll tell you about a very unpleasant experience with netbox.
I ordered headphones, they said come, I was at 21:40 - and my first surprise, NO ONE is there anymore!)
I studied all the sites, the Winners until 22:00!
I'm calling - the phone is on the spot.
They didn't even decide to call me back the next day.
I would like to note that I myself am an employee of retail outlets in the shopping center and I understand that a person wants to relax, but this is already a violation of the rules of the shopping center and a disregard, we continue)
The next day..
I call and calmly ask the guy how long the point is open.
"We work until 22, but sometimes we leave earlier. "
And when I asked how long they will be today, until 22:00? I was almost told with a sigh - yes)
After I arrived at the point, I caught a guy when he went out for a technical break and almost begged him to take a minute to sell.
To which I was rather indignantly answered to approach in ten minutes, because I need to meet the courier..
Thank you very much, dear ones.
I repeat - two years in catering, retail and points of sale at the shopping center. I was in the same conditions and my principle was respect for the client and concern for his comfort.
Here I see indifference and comfort

Good afternoon! I want to tell you about the sad experience of buying goods in this store.
I ordered the product online, the manager called me back and informed me that the delivery would be on Thursday.
I am waiting for delivery, they call me on Thursday and say that the delivery was postponed to Friday, I am waiting for the goods on Friday, no one calls me and the goods do not arrive.
On Saturday at 11 a.m. I wake up and see that at 8 a.m. the numbers called me, I call them back and it turns out that it was a courier and since I did not answer the calls, there will be no delivery and the courier has already left the city and my delivery is postponed to Wednesday.
I clarify: on Wednesday, I will need the goods very urgently, will you definitely bring them?
And the answer was: exactly, the main thing is to pick up the phone!
Me: Wednesday, I wake up at 8 a.m. to make sure I don't miss the call, I wait until 10:30, there are no calls, I find the number, call the delivery service, they tell me that my order has not been updated by the store and delivery is not expected today. I call the store, and they tell me that the delivery service is to blame and they can't do anything, and I won't receive my goods today)
There are no words, only wasted nerves and disappointment.

I was interested in the FiiO KB3 keyboard, on the netbox website.Wu asked where I could watch her live. After receiving the answer "crown castle", I called a taxi and went there. On the spot, the seller refused to unpack for me and started telling me fairy tales about how this hinders sales. And when asked how to buy a keyboard blindly with unknown Kickups and switches + a built-in amplifier, he refused to answer.
The store lives by the "concepts" of the past. It is misleading. I do not advise anyone to buy anything from them.

Personally, my opinion about Netbox is quite positive. I contacted them several times at the Siluet shopping center, both for purchase and just for advice, where, without unnecessary stories and stories, they provided useful information in a short and concise form. Once in the shopping center, the Castle stopped by for the goods previously agreed upon. The seller recognized me and we talked politely for a couple of minutes. As I understand it, the staff changes periodically, then they will work on the Security, then on the Lock. A discount was made upon purchase, a warranty card was filled in, and a receipt was issued. All the necessary functions have been completed, there are no complaints! I recommend it! I will contact you!

Terrible store, I wanted to buy Fiio headphones, even called in advance to check availability. They get me an open box, which was also dropped, inside the ear pads are crumpled and dirty. All this is served with a view, they say, and what is wrong, there are no others. In general, if you just want to buy a new thing in a package, then you are not here.
