The worst experience of my life if you want to rent this hotel, think 1000 times
I waited 6 hours for check-in, they didn't answer my calls and messages, because they didn't understand something correctly (a nightmare)
They didn't offer a solution to the problem, just yes, you waited 6 hours, but we don't care!
They settled in an outright hellhole, I can't say otherwise
Starting from the entrance, everything is very bad
The apartment is smoky, smells of fumes, the bathroom is dirty, the toilet is dirty, the walls are dirty, you can plant potatoes on the floor. The room is cold and scary. The neighbors were strange and made frightening noises. Just a horror in one word. I couldn't stay there for more than a few hours, which I reported to the manager. I called in tears, telling about the room I got a hundred - well, all the best. The human attitude of this character is apparently not familiar. I didn't get any compensation, I DON'T ADVISE ANYONE

The place is good, the center, the apartment is good, but there is not a good sediment. No one met to leave the car, you need to call someone to open the barrier.The floor dryer does not work,the air conditioner does not work,the beds are not comfortable, the sockets spark and do not touch, the microwave is only 30 seconds.

Even one star would be enough for this place. We booked a room on Yandex Travel and paid for it in full. Upon arrival, it turned out that the check-in was only until 23.00 (although this information was nowhere to be found), our reservation could not be found and would not be placed. The receptionist's tone was boorish, we just stayed outside after nightfall. We were also informed that the administrators of the institution are not related to Yandex services, although the phone number was specified in the reservation. I do not recommend anyone to get involved with this disgusting, inhospitable place. Service and customer focus are at zero, stay away from this murky office if you don't want to waste your nerves, time and money.

We came to Minsk and settled here. In fact, this is an apartment with several rooms and a shared kitchen and shower. But in fact, we were alone here. I liked everything, in the photo the bed was drilled after one night, when we arrived everything was settled. We checked in even earlier than planned.

There are no slippers, the toilet handle did not work, but it was done at the request. It's strange that the parking lot is open from 9 a.m., we came from far away at night and do what you want with the car ... not a bed, but a folding sofa. The rest is clean, warm, there is a kitchen

Thank you for sheltering me, there was a place to wash and sleep. Cons: it took a long time to get through the intercom to the manager, he personally does not meet anyone, but sends for the key in the mailbox, and then you look for an apartment yourself, no hygiene items are provided, the window of the room goes directly to the road and when the window is open it is quite noisy, and if it is closed, it is stuffy and an unpleasant smell appears, the shower and toilet are one for 3 rooms, the rooms themselves are located on the 5th floor and if you are an elderly or disabled person, it is better to choose another hotel option

The only good thing is the location, really the very center. And the room has a clean floor and bed linen, although there is a duvet cover with a hole, and there is no bedspread. I wouldn't stay in a dirty room. I decided okay here. Bath, toilet - unclean both days, and some kind of smell, sour dampness. I wiped the handle of the shower and faucet, got into the tub in flip-flops.
There are no tiles, I thought I would cook porridge before arrival. I looked at the common areas - and did not touch either the microwave or the kettle. In general, only for the very unassuming. I will not recommend it to my friends.

The situation inside is not conducive to rest, dim light, old repairs, shoes and street clothes right in the room for the 5th men, the apartment smells of something, I initially thought later, but then realized that it was the smell of the apartment and not the guests.

Disgusting service. The double room with two beds booked turned out to be a room with a double bed. The administration offered to provide the claimed separate beds only the next day. In response to the remark, the administrator began to insult the guests and refused to check in at all, despite having a reservation. Fortunately, Minsk is a big city and besides this hostel you can find more pleasant places at the same price. I do not recommend staying here.
