A pleasant hotel in the Asian part in a quiet residential area.
First of all, I would like to mention the staff. They are always friendly and try to help, even if there are difficulties in terms of language. By the way, there is a shift with Russian-speaking employees.
I chose the hotel primarily because of its proximity to the start of the Istanbul Marathon, here it was practically visible from the window) True, it's still about 1 km to get to it, it won't work directly, but instead of warming up, it's the best thing)
Breakfast usually starts at 8 a.m., but for the sake of the runners, the guys set the tables at 7 on the day of the start. Thanks a lot for that!
Breakfast is traditional Turkish, cheeses, vegetables, including olives, lots of bread, egg, butter, honey and jam with tea.
The rooms are cozy, there is everything you need, a hairdryer, towels, slippers, etc.
An important caveat is that almost everyone and almost everywhere in Turkey smokes. Smoking is not allowed in the hotel lobby, but the rooms are all for smokers. Although friends, for whom this moment was fundamental, found a room without the smell of cigarettes. The 24/7 open window helped me)

A nice, cozy hotel in the Asian part of Istanbul. We booked a room at this hotel for the convenience of location from the start of the Istanbul Marathon on November 6. It was very convenient to get to the start, close, 800-1000 meters.
The rooms had shower gels, shampoos, liquid soap, towels. We lived in room 403. The elevator is working. The breakfasts are quite hearty. Of course, I would like to eat hot in the morning, but unfortunately only tea was hot. It sold a plate with cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, butter, boiled egg, honey and jam and a basket of bread. You'll be full before lunch for sure. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They don't speak Russian, but it's not a problem to explain yourself in English. Although then we met kitchen workers who spoke to us in Russian.
There is a public transport stop nearby.
Going down to the embankment about 1 km away, you can find a number of cafes with very pleasant prices and delicious food.
