Terribly unprofessional complex coloring. We did airtouch on natural previously unpainted and unspoiled hair, the request was the lightest blonde possible, as in the photo (photo attached), but not darker and EXCEPTIONALLY COLD, as a result, after 9 hours I was not waiting for a blonde, but a light dawn, and with horizontal stripes, spots, hair color is warm and nothing to do with blond. Besides the fact that the result of coloring turned out to be completely inconsistent with expectations and samples, I was not given a mirror, my hair was not shown from behind and from the side. The photo shows exactly why. The tinting was, but ineffective, not in the right color, not intense enough and washed out literally in a matter of days.
The hair is ruined (the base is now all spotted), time is wasted. Many masters are now afraid to take up the correction of this misunderstanding and refuse. That's how natural hair in good condition can be killed, and even without leading to the desired visual.
In the photo, the hair is in the FIRST WEEK after coloring (and not months later, as it may seem).

They did complex hair coloring. The work was 9 hours. Didn't match the tone, had to be repainted. As a result, the color lasted a maximum of 10 days. Every time you wash your hair, the water is dyed, for now or all: towels, pillows, T-shirts... The receptionist said that this is how it should be. In general, it's terrible! We do not recommend it!!

Yesterday, go to the manicure procedure with a regular varnish to master Tatiana. I received a preliminary call and was warned that the choice of lacquers is extremely small. I accepted the situation and even took nail polish from home with me just in case. The first thing the master said: "You were warned that there is no choice of ordinary lacquers." And it sounded more like a question about why I came there.
I was confused by the fact that she just took the tools out of the closet. That is, I couldn't even make sure they were clean and processed after previous use. In general, the whole procedure was filled with awkward moments when the master does not speak out loud about what I need to do, but just stares at me and waits for me to guess. After processing the hands, the master brought 5 jars of varnish, just threw it on the table from her side, turned around and left. Then she came up again and said, "Choose."
The attitude is disgusting. Several times I had a desire to get up and leave. But every time I decided to give the master a chance and show at least a respectful attitude towards the client. Given the low cost of the procedure and the proximity to home, I do not intend to go to this salon anymore and I do not advise.

I was at Tatiana's hairdresser in the New Style beauty salon, who did a haircut with hot scissors, I was satisfied with how she performed the service for me.
