Hello!
Today, my friends and I were shopping and we decided to come to your store. After choosing clothes, we went to the cash registers, and according to our calculations, the purchase amount was 40 rubles, but the cashier girl, after I gave her 50 rubles, gave her only five rubles in change. I didn't notice it at first, but when we left the store, we decided to check the price of the T-shirts on the labels. Based on the cost of the T-shirts on the tags, the final receipt should have been 40 rubles. We decided to contact the cashier and got a negative reaction with a snort. We informed her that she had given us the wrong change. She asked to see the receipt for the purchase, but the receipt remained at the checkout. It took no more than 2 minutes. The cashier girl printed out a new check and found that she had given us the correct change on the check, but we drew her attention to the fact that the price tag had a different price. She looked at the price tag on the T-shirt and, together with another cashier, took a photo of the price tag and returned the five rubles difference to us. When we left the store, my friend decided to look at this bill and the girl gave us a decently torn five rubles. I went back to the store and pointed it out to the cashier, and she said, and I quote, "This is for not taking the check." I got a very bad impression from your cashier - G******* I.V. Her boorish attitude ruined all impressions of your store. Do something about it because now there is no desire to buy things from you.

A spacious store with a good selection of clothes. Things at very affordable prices. Fitting rooms are always in neat condition

Compared to other similar stores, it is very clean, the locker rooms are cleaned almost immediately after the visitor, there are no piles of clothes, the staff in the hall is constantly busy with something. They are very pleasant and appetizing.
