I have fulfilled my duties by five points. A week later, they called and said that the windows were ready for installation. We have agreed on a convenient time for all parties. Dmitry arrived, a Master with a capital letter, alone, during the day from 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. he exposed two old windows, installed two new ones, made new slopes with the installation of new window sills and drains, repaired all the seams along the perimeter, etc. I cleaned up all the trash, all I had to do was clean the floors of dust. Full respect for the work! There are no complaints about the quality of window manufacturing yet. The mechanism works normally, there are no distortions. I contacted a large number of companies, some of them abruptly changed the tone of communication when they found out that we would install the windows ourselves. I don't want to describe all my "adventures in search of a reasonable offer" in full, I'll describe it briefly. The price fluctuation for similar products is crazy, do not rush to take it right away from advertising, as there were quite famous companies among the overpriced offers. If someone stumbles upon this review, your search can be dramatically accelerated by contacting this company. Out of about 10 offers, they made a really good price for similar products. Moreover, they were not confused by the installation on their own. Moreover, after our installation, they did not figure out the entrance lock, it was our fault, the master from the company came and showed everything, set it up. And it was done very quickly. Manager Mikhail withstood all my wishes, changed the order 8 times before the purchase, literally led by the handle throughout the entire purchase, prompted. According to the production time, everything was without problems, the structures were made quickly, delivered without damage. I will contact you again in the future. I left a request for windows to the cottage on the website. There are a lot of windows, I immediately warned about the quantity and lamination - an adequate company will keep such an order on the glass. But it's not about these guys at all.
They called me back promptly upon request (the advantages ended there), agreed on the departure of the master. They offered it for the morning of the next day, for this I canceled all plans and training on a limited subscription.
In the morning, some supposedly technologist dialed and on a calm note said it would no longer be at the agreed time for some reason, but 10 minutes later, because he was just leaving home.
I say OK, okay, no problem. I'm waiting.
I've arrived, I'm waiting. No one has been there for 20 minutes from the appointed time, then I can't stand it anymore, I tried several times - I'm unavailable.
I call this desk, and they don't see my request for measurement at all))), like you're still at the stage of agreeing on a measurement with us, but then suddenly after a couple of minutes you saw the light - you saw it, they said they would contact him. Apparently they got in touch, dials and declares that he got lost and will be in ... an hour!!!
Dear, I invited you to a civilized place - a cottage village 7 minutes away from your office on a flat paved road. It is impossible to get lost on the way to us, and it is also impossible to get stuck. I've already realized that you and your measurers are just ordinary windbags.

I measured everything, painted it, discussed it. He provided a sketch of the cabinet in a short time. The designer had a large list of samples with him, which was very pleasing, there is plenty to choose from with a price category suitable for the customer. Mark made and presented us with a sketch of the future closet. The production time is 17 working days. A day before the deadline, a specialist contacted us to coordinate the delivery date of the cabinet. I was pleased that the designer made measurements so accurately that nothing had to be adjusted on site during the assembly of the cabinet. In August, we applied to order a wardrobe, a table, bedside tables in the bedroom, Alexander, a pleasant young man, came to the measurement, told everything competently, signed a contract, out of the production dates prescribed in the contract (25 working days), delayed for 30 working days, no one called about delays and warned, as prescribed in the contract in the contract, we came to install furniture, when it came to bedside tables, they were not ready for assembly at all (that is, there were no holes for assembly), they came to be cut, the question of how long to wait for ready-made cabinets, and who to contact, was answered, we do not know, they will call you, three days have passed the day after the installation of the cabinet, there is no one, after assembling the cabinet and the table, I came to take care, all the furniture is broken, the top layer is chipped on the countertop, there are scratches on the cabinet handles (I showed these scratches to the collector, went for a black marker, and covered up the scratches), the rail on which the door rides is screwed on self-tapping screws, it does not look aesthetically pleasing (while in other companies, they have not used self-tapping screws for a long time, but glue them on adhesive tape), after contacting the furniture quality complaint department, we said we would call you back, they have been calling you back for the second day, they do not value their reputation at all, you call to find out at least some information, They send one to the other, but it's not for us

As a result, the shelf was closed by 15 cm, while they proved to us that this was normal... after much evidence that this is NOT NORMAL!!!, they tried to fix it (swapped the shelf and pipe!!!,) as a result, the defect was and remained. The company's management did not consider it necessary to apologize. Since the furniture was purchased on credit, information about the loan was also incorrectly provided, the manager assured that the first year was interest-free, and as a result.....in one word, HORROR!!!!!!!!!
