I contacted the seller (newton.by) and 2 months of calls/callbacks have begun, when one directs to the second, and the second to the first. I received calls and suggestions on how to resolve the situation only after a written complaint was sent to the seller. From this experience, I can conclude that the Technoprav LLC service center issues deliberately false conclusions, and if you encounter a similar situation, you should not waste time talking, immediately translate your communication into a legal and written form. There are no questions about the store itself. I ordered a vertical vacuum cleaner, agreed on the terms, and received everything without any problems.
They also had questions with the service that is located.
The battery began to discharge quickly, although the product only worked for a couple of months. Naturally, I decided to apply under warranty.
I called, explained the situation, and was told to duplicate all this to the same number in Viber.
I did everything, the message was read only after a couple of hours, questions were asked, I answered immediately, but the answer was only the next day. So the correspondence unexpectedly dragged on for almost a day. I understand that there may be a lot of requests or work, but it turns out that the person asked a question and immediately left this chat and read the answer on the trail. day. Strange.
But then it was more fun. They wrote me to bring everything to the service, which works from 9.00 to 18.00. The next day, at 9 a.m., I knocked on the closed doors, and the robot said by phone number that they had been working since 10 a.m. Somehow I managed to contact them through the store itself. As a result, we agreed that they would pick me up by courier themselves. Of course, there were also nuances with the arrangements, I will omit them. The vacuum cleaner was still taken away the same day after lunch.
I suspect that with this approach, the battery of the product will be defective for a month, but I want to believe that everything will be solved faster.

If you buy here, then forget about the warranty. I bought a boiler and they immediately gave me a piece of paper stating that there were no complaints. Of course, you won't see everything. I bought a Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 tablet in this store. Immediately after purchase, a problem emerged – the tablet does not charge. I handed the tablet over to the seller for verification, and a couple of days later I received a message from the service center that they were expecting the spare parts to arrive. To my remark that if the product is not working properly, I have the right to a refund or to replace the product, the girl from the service center said that I should not do anything except repair. After a while, they called me back and clarified that the product was still not under repair, but in the process of verification. And this very check lasted almost a month. During this month, I constantly dialed them, and they all fed me "breakfast", promising to give an answer soon. But at the same time, they never typed themselves. In fact, the answer came that the tablet was working properly, the service just updated the software.
Bottom line: you, as a customer, are interesting to newton.by until the moment when the money was given back. And then I don't care. I do not advise anyone to buy goods in this store if you value your time and nerves.

Everything is OK, they brought it in 11 days. But the same defective product!!! And again they offer to replace it, but it is not known when and what, because it is a weekend. Not only were all the nerves frayed with this delivery, they also brought the marriage again, although they claim that the goods were not the same, but they ordered a new one, but apparently their supplier was disgusting then and they did not check what they were sending.
