I really liked the Next entertainment center, the service is at a very high level, all the staff is very attentive, I especially liked the employee who served our Loft hall named Daniyar, a very cool employee, a professional in his field, contacted the children, everything is clear, everything is clear, provided assistance with any questions and everything was solved in a moment, which is very it is pleasant and valuable. I will write a review for several visits at once. About a year ago, everything was fine, so we decided to come again. In June 2022, I came with a 4-year-old child, the air conditioners were set to +21. I think it's too cold for children, the child caught a cold and turned off. The animators were boring, they didn't really want to work with children, everyone was on chill and relaxed. In August, we decided to celebrate the child's birthday, we came earlier, asked to wait for the manager, the service is certainly not very good, wait for a person for 5-10 minutes as if he brought us money and not us to them, we decided not to wait and go see for ourselves. After that, the manager came and offered us packages, we were not satisfied with the packages in terms of the number of people, since we did not plan a lot, in terms of activities and content and price, and they are not showers there. We decided to come and arrange what we need on the spot, but we were redirected to the manager who deals with individual packages, he listened to us, found out our wishes, said that he would find out what could be added and would contact us in the morning. There was no call in the morning, apparently they are not interested in people who do not buy packages for 150,000-300,000 tenge, even on a weekday, when they have to fight for customers. In general, we decided not to celebrate there and the decision was correct. Friends invited their child to the DR and we saw everything that could happen to us. Firstly, at the Lab restaurant, they tried in every possible way to increase the bill, brought dishes that were not ordered by a lot of people and therefore decided to play on this, also ordered water, the waiter said that there was a luxury tassai in a blue bottle for a lot, referring that the other ran out, although I personally saw blocks with ordinary water behind the bar. They also tried to cheat in the entertainment areas. There were small children and adults. Not all children went to the children's areas, but they counted for admission from each child, so also at the weekend rate, although it was a weekday. For entering the computer area as well. Until they started a scandal, they pretended that oh, sorry, it was an accident, as a result they recalculated. The animators are still passive, my children came in and out of the children's area, they said it was very boring (for children 5 and 8 years old). Well, a bunch of all sorts of other little things. And the temperature is still at 21 degrees Celsius, although it was far from warm outside. Bottom line: don't believe their beautiful Instagram, it's not like that. For the same money, you can relax in other places. PS. We noted our success in Takeaboom in mega, it came out for the same price, but the service and entertainment are many times better, yes, there are no computers there, but our young children do not need them. I advise you to go there and study from the wrong place.
PS2 I am very disappointed, I wanted to love this place even to friends who came from America recommended it. But not a foot!!! Sorry about the longrid.

The idea is cool.
Children like, in addition to robots with which they can play, there are master classes, VR, a small performance, a Faraday grid, etc.
But:
1. Not all robot exhibits are allowed to be viewed/touched by children.
2. There is a huge queue at the weekend.
3. Parents with several children were not allowed in. They said that there should be one escort per child.
4. It's a bit expensive - the all-inclusive package went out for 10K (1 child and 1 accompanying person).

The kitchen is gorgeous, the prices are reasonable. The location is good, close to the river, fresh air. The staff, most of them are hospitable, smiling, helpful. Animation for kids is fun, noisy, kind of interesting, as my daughter said. The main focus is on the game club. Lots of space.

The manager will explain everything in 10-15 minutes and name the price . And they chose another place, which they did right. And the date of my son's death remained with them, and this time I think okay, let's celebrate here. 08/17.23 I'm coming here to order a banquet. And I'm standing waiting at the door of the sales manager Madiyar, and he was walking in the yard, although when we came in he saw us. And finally his supreme majesty decided to come to us mere mortals and from his high flight began to talk rudely to me. That I was running ahead of the train, that it would be expensive for me, that if I deigned to make another peep, he would still throw money on top and finally decided to send me out. It feels like this is his center. Then I asked him to call the management and another manager. Ayat came, and very politely escorted me out, promising to contact the management of my situation by the evening of the same day, and still he is not there. There was no message or call. That's the attitude in Next.
I wonder if the management knows that its sales staff, instead of selling, expels customers? The management reads the reviews of many dissatisfied customers?
Before going there, you had to read reviews everywhere, then go, I do not advise you to spend birthdays here!
