I wanted a complex coloring, I went bleached and tinted with ash-colored paint and asked for a white blonde. To which they replied, it's okay, we'll wash it off now. And after that, they didn't tint it in white and just sent it. The head hissed a lot when rinsing. But they pretended as if this was how it should be. Even the photo showed what color I wanted . But alas , no one was interested in my opinion . Not with my foot anymore. Thanks
