For the World - great!) But in general, of course, there are a lot of questions about the little things. The beds are very creaky, the bathroom is very outdated, the toilet is wobbly and a little woozy, but otherwise very comfortable! The main thing is clean and high-quality bed linen!!!!)

Clean, neat, calm. The place is better than many in regional centers. Cool location - close to both shops and a sushi bar. The rooms are not smoky. The underwear is not worn out. The furniture is quite modern. A separate respect for expensive high-quality toilet paper. Refrigerator, iron, microwave in the common area. Of the minuses - rather weak sound insulation and a cold floor.

Convenient location, air conditioning in the room, contactless check-in, courteous staff. The room with a double bed is small in size, I did not find where to hang towels in the bathroom (holder or hook). In general, I recommend it for a short stay

It's just a tin can!!! The smell in this place (it's hard to call it a hotel) is disgusting, like in a nursing home, all the furniture is broken. The toilet is shaky, the carpets are dirty, the beds creak.
You can move in there only as a last resort.

It's cold in the room, they give you a second warm blanket to sleep more comfortably. There is hot water, but the boiler system and the water turns cold after 10-15 minutes. The lower shower tray leaks and after taking a shower, a puddle forms nearby. Guests are welcome until 17.00. There is a TV, a kettle.

A great hotel, which pleasantly surprised. Comfortable check-in, excellent equipment (the room has a kettle, dishes, microwave, refrigerator, iron, ironing board, hair dryers).
Private bathroom, towels, soap accessories. A TV with many channels (just haven't watched it for a long time)), Wi-Fi.
The hotel is small, the neighbors were quiet, everything was very comfortable, the owner was pleasant. There is private parking in the yard, not at the store.
