The store is good, we have been buying there for several years and not for small amounts. But today it was something. The service is terrible!!!
The wrong drywall was punched at the checkout, 2.5 m was needed, 3 m was punched. So they also remained guilty, although they told us in a low voice, the standard one. If the seller didn't understand, she should have checked with us. She said we should have clarified. We paid by card, made a refund to the card, which is unclear when it will be credited. And I took it off again, and if we didn't have that much more money, I wonder?!.
But that's not all, we returned to the warehouse, and we already had the necessary sheets loaded, but the broken ones. When asked to change them, the storekeeper rudely started talking and giving us unnecessary advice on where and how to use these sheets, and even the loader, who is scary to look at. Then she started yelling at me and didn't send me anything... Horror!!!
Before that, my husband bought a clean oven sandwich, they put a cracked one, and again the storekeeper gave unnecessary advice in an inappropriate tone, saying you put these broken ones inside. The horror!!!
