If it were possible to put zero stars, then I would. I have periodically used the services of this studio, I will not do it anymore. I always made an appointment online, for a certain procedure, at a time that suits me, and every time they called me and changed the time, because it was so convenient for them.

A terrible salon, as well as its masters. One madam shredded my cuticle to the meat - I suffered for a week and could not work, and the other sawed my nails into a piece of paper: two of them, after completely removing the coating, hurt like hell just from a puff of wind. I do not recommend it to anyone, avoid it.

‼️❌🆘This is a terrible Nail studio, I was there once, a calm girl gave me a good manicure, after a while I decided to stop by, since I do not visit the city privately. And this is some kind of horror, the girl was sitting in a terrible state, she was either from drug waste or mentally ill, How was she even entrusted with working with people, she was shaking there, no disinfection, no gloves and masks , mats, and in the middle of the procedure she got up and went to eat, And then she asked if I would let her go smoke it. There is no competence and creativity in the work. She cut all my fingers, carelessly and pulled my hands in all directions, this is the first time I've had this, I was in terrible shock. And it's someone who hired her, what neurotic women with a lot of problems are sitting there, this is not a salon, but Sharashkin's office. She made me crooked and pot-bellied nails, no taste or imagination. How they even exist and still work. They definitely don 't need to work with people . I know that I had to get up and leave and not even pay, but this circus, I just sat and looked at this horror, it was just a shock. And by the way, she ate, came and started working with greasy hands. Shame and shame. I appeal to the director of the salon, if you are competent in your work, then take a closer look at who you hire to your salon. So that there is no such opinion about you. I can also send you a photo of these strange nails!!! So I immediately signed up for another salon to remove this fear 😱

The "master" does not hear the client. The nails were done, the next day 2 nails peeled off. They were redone, but the entire cuticle was cut. The quality of the gel is terrible. The shape of the nails was not what I asked for. I got a spoiled mood from visiting this salon
