The organization of the rock Fest is about perfect. I am very glad that you are doing this fest.
It's cool that there are a limited number of tickets and therefore there are practically no queues anywhere, well, maybe only for a barbecue. Well, the cafe for breakfast is clearly sewn up. There is no crush, and in general a comfortable number of people.

Yes, there are nuances such as unfinished housing stock, but this is temporary and there were pleasant bonuses for it.
I would like to see benches built around the perimeter of the stadium next year. At least just a couple of pallets on top of each other against the wall - a bench and a table at the same time. There are not enough shops right now. The chair bags are super comfortable, but they are also not enough. Styrofoam is falling off them, which is lying around everywhere - so-so.
There are also not enough taps with water at the entrance to the housing stock to wash the sand off your feet.
There are no signs where the dining room, burger joint, pizzeria is - we found them only on the second day.
Perhaps these are all my wishes).
PS. to live in a tent for three days, which stands on the sand - such a thing, for an amateur). There will be sand everywhere.

A complete failure with hotels. We didn't have time to finish anything, but the service was sold. They were able to check in only 12 hours later, after the appointed time, in an unfinished room. And most importantly, not a single apology in words, and this would greatly reduce the degree of discontent. Well, in small things, breakfast was promised from 8, but it's already 08:30 and no one knows in the restaurant when they will be able to give out breakfast. And so on all issues related to accommodation, no one knows anything. Loyalty melts with each new question.
P.S. The musicians are well done. But there is no one who built the remote control, nothing is visible behind it.

FAMILY ROCK FEST 2023! Oh, gods, it was unforgettable))))!!! I liked everything from toilet stalls to a sandstorm on the 27th)))) And if, apart from jokes, the sound, the light, the program are all SUPER! The organization was treated very well above all praise, toilets, showers, washbasins, tents are probably the first time in the history of festivals and it's very cool that we have in KAZAKHSTAN! We will definitely go again!!!!
