I really didn't want to give a low rating, because the menu itself is EXCELLENT in terms of variety and quality, and the look and concept are also great. Despite the off-center location, funds (and souls) are obviously invested in this project! But, in our opinion, the staff is not up to the level of the institution's idea. Therefore, for the time being, we want the owners to pay attention, and we are open to returning the rating to all 5, which this institution should fully deserve. The jokes started at the checkout. We asked the cashier for advice, but she didn't ask what we would be interested in, and started offering some tarts-type items that are available all over the city and are by no means a feature of the establishment (and they have enough chips). To our refusals, the cashier retreated: "Well, then I won't help you in any way, our tastes don't match." To be honest, it sounded very unfriendly. There is zero customer orientation. A misconcept with the concept of the institution. Unfortunately, we entered at a time when all the tables in the restaurant were occupied. There was a temptation to take a seat while we were in line, but in the end, the customers ahead of us did it. Therefore, when our turn had already come and we had even placed almost the entire order at the counter, I saw that one of the tables had just been vacated, and I decided to put the water bottle I had brought with me (SEALED, not yet opened) on the chair, ostensibly to note that it was occupied and that no one was occupying it. Imagine my surprise when a minute later I saw that the bottle was gone. The waitress came, said she thought the bottle was from previous customers, and she threw it away! Well, let's say we're partly to blame here, it really upset us, we asked to see the trash can, and since the bottle is sealed, we just wanted to take it back. But then it suddenly became clear, according to the waitress, that she had poured out the water and then thrown the bottle away. To be honest, it sounded a little strange for a sealed bottle, but naturally, we couldn't verify the truth of this information. In general, we were not only not offered a bottle of water in return, but we were not even offered tap water in glasses, supposedly all the blame for the missing water bottle was on us. I asked to pour us water from the tap, the staff agreed, but then in fact (with the serving of treats) they didn't bring it to us either, and I went to buy water at a nearby distillery. By the way, we are not homeless, we collected 70 rubles worth of goods from two receipts. Therefore, this attitude of the staff looked strange. Even assuming that the blame is purely on us. One of the disadvantages of the area is that the establishment is located behind a common entrance door with a wine and vodka shop, from where the smell of cheap liquor wafts. When entering or exiting, this smell seems to accompany you, and on the street, obviously, you can meet bullies. They dilute the bakery's customer base. Probably, the staff was recruited from the nearest area, because there is no sense of a service culture, but perhaps a socially useful job creation function. However, the yummy things themselves are just super, a piece of Italy in Minsk, the shop windows and the rest of the entourage are chic! Grand respect to the owners, but please put the staff in order!

A cozy cafe... Like in the song. But it really all coincided. A small cafe, a warm interior. It is believed that the toilet is the face of the establishment, and here it is above all praise: perfect cleanliness, aroma diffuser, necessary accessories, hand cream.👏 Desserts that you won't find in other cafes, there are plenty to choose from, and there are salty pastries (they didn't reach it this time). We couldn't stop at one dessert, because 4😁.

An unusual establishment for a residential area. The kitchen is open. Easy stylization of Italy in the decorative elements. Cappuccino is 3 out of 5, herbal tea is delicious, despite the fact that it is from a package. Standard canollies, sturdy 4-ka. Onion pie with delicious filling, but bad shortbread dough and pale. Chiambella's orange cupcake turned out to be dry (not finished). I want to believe that I was just unlucky with these products.
