The establishment is located in a residential area, not far from the train station. The room itself is small, literally 2 large tables and 3-4 tables for two. There is also a production facility: you can see how desserts are prepared.
We did not understand the concept: either self-service, or employees can serve. No one serves the menu, it hangs near the window. The girls taking the order could not tell if the rum woman would be cooking, although both the cook and the owner were 2 meters away from them.
At the counter they ordered cannoli with ricotta and chocolate chips, with homemade candied fruits, tubes with cream, crostata with apricot jam, tea. The desserts were picked up by themselves, the tea was brought. Canollies are small compressed cylinders of dough, deep-fried, somewhat reminiscent of brushwood. Filled, in fact, with ricotta with chocolate chips or candied fruits. It tastes unusual, indecent. Crostata is a shortbread pie with jam. It's delicious, I liked it. The tubes are like from childhood, completely filled with protein cream. This is a win-win dessert. Tea bags.
The total check turned out to be 30.52 BYN. Quite a nice price.

A delightful place! Pastries and desserts are divinely delicious, there are many unusual ones (for example, the Sicilian Rose cake) that I have not tried before. Cannoli are simply the best! There are also meat pastries: pies, onion tart (I highly recommend it), pies. A chef from Italy! The guys are very sincere and attentive! The prices are quite affordable, the coffee is very tasty.

A new place, only three weeks since it opened, but almost everything has already been tried - good pastries. For a variety of tastes - from crafty pie, to "donuts" with the right custard, vanilla or chocolate. What you like is not cloying, balanced flavors and combinations, good dough in each product. It's a wonderful place. Everything I took there was delicious (pies with potatoes, different canollies, rum woman and something that I don't remember what it's called with lemon cream). And the guys are working some kind of sincere, smiling, telling what is made of what.
So far I've only taken takeaway, but I plan to go for breakfast.
I do not know what the name of the thing with cream and lemon zest is, but it is generally a masterpiece!

We were really looking forward to the opening of the bakery, especially the children... A very big disappointment. Firstly, the children have nothing to take, what the children do not like on sale. A pie for 3.5 rubles has a lot of spices, none of the 5 adults liked it. They took a tube for 5 rubles, threw it in the trash. Puff pastry sprinkled with powdered sugar, inside a curd mass with the addition of a very large amount of Nut essence, which is bitter in the mouth. The children were waiting for sausages in dough, puffs, etc. Unfortunately, none of my friends go there (we live in the house where the cafe is located directly). If you expand the range without so many flavors and spices and buns, khachapuri, juliennes, puffs appear, we will come back to try.

I give 5 stars only for the pies with potatoes and Parma ham. Sooooo delicious, baked, not fried in oil. I haven't had time to taste the sweet yet, I'm not eating yet. The Italian rum woman did not come to my mother and sister, they said that Saratov was tastier. And they liked the cake "Sicilian rose". Cappuccino is delicious, but the price for a large 9 rubles for Minsk, especially for a residential area, in my opinion is too high.

Delicious homemade Italian bakery with sweet desserts and fragrant pastries.
Open kitchen: the pastry came out of the oven and in a couple of minutes you have it on your plate.
There is one entrance door with a Crystal store.
I went in and turned left :)

The pastries are delicious, of course, but not serving the customer 10 minutes before opening is a bit outrageous. The finished products are already on display, just collecting a small order for the barista-cashier turned out to be an impossible task 10 minutes before the opening. If the institution had been closed, then it would be understandable. But the entrance was open, the pastries were available to choose from. Thanks for the spoiled mood in the morning.
