We booked the LITTE apartments.
View from the window 👍🏼 Soft bed, pillows. The apartment is very clean and bright. There is a refrigerator, washing machine, shampoo, gel, dishes, towels, iron, hair dryer, etc.
After booking, we received detailed instructions for checking in. There were no problems. They respond in a telegram or by mail very quickly for all questions 👍🏼
I sent a photo of my passport beforehand (they do a scan or a copy at any hotel, so OK).
Check-out is until 11:00, but it can be extended :)

Very warm apartment, convenient location, new complex. You can cook a meal in the apartment. Dishes, pots, refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioning are all there. The only thing was there was no cloth or towel in the kitchen.

I came with my son to relax in your city, we booked a room a couple of hours before arrival, the room is clean and cozy. We liked everything very much.

Everyone is happy! Nice apartment with a cool renovation) WiFi is fast, you can work or watch movies without any problems. The location is also good: near a shop, cafes, this is a new residential complex.

Despite the confirmed and paid reservation, they refused to check in due to the non-sending of passport photos to their e-mail.
Passport details were provided, as indicated in the check-in requirements (see photo) and a willingness was expressed to present the originals upon check-in.
During the 3-hour correspondence, the employee abstractly referred to the legislation, but as a result, she did not bring any norms.
The refusal occurred on the day of check-in, when it was already difficult to find something suitable.
During the entire time of correspondence from the owner, he never called.
