This is the second time in the last six months that I have contacted this office, as well as the first time, they helped me out a lot (usually you need to sign up in two weeks, then my questions were solved on the day of the request). I recommend everyone to Strikunov T.L., and Drapey V.N.

They told me to wait on a first-come, first-served basis. I waited an hour. A man came and entered ahead of me (time ~10:30). As a result, this man was scheduled for 9:00, but he was late, during this time they could take my documents and do it. It would take 15 minutes. I went to this office for 2 days in a row. But in the end they didn't accept it. On the first day they said to wait, after ~ 1-1.5 the notary came out and asked the question: "WHY ARE YOU SITTING HERE?". The notary interrupts, not a tactful notary and raises his voice. THERE SHOULD ALWAYS BE A CUSTOMER FIRST.
2 stars for the consultant, I think they are the most adequate in this office.
