To take the money, they smile, and later turn up their noses and do not pay attention either to the observance of the queue waiting for the notary's reception, or to the request to set a time so as not to wait. The landline phone calls are not answered. Waiting for 1 hour is the minimum that you will be forced to do, at the same time they will drink tea and tell jokes behind a closed door. At the indication of their sign about working without a break, they say that they have a meeting.
