Да действительно этот нотариус отговаривает . Моя мама хотела сделать завещание так Гуркига стала её пугать что она может попасть в дом престарелых даекать я её туда сдам. Да в жизни бывает всякое но грести всех под одну гребёнку не стоит. Очень неприятная особа, мы все сделали только у другого компетентного нотариуса.

Обратились оформить доверенность. Нотариус Гуркина В.В. стала выяснять зачем и отговаривать. Хотела получить завышенную сумму, отгаваривала нас и 1 час рассказывала сплетни о людях из администрации, плохо отзывалась об адвокатах и мэре города. В итоге мы вышли без доверенности. Цены у этого нотариуса завышенны, доверенности оформляются неправильно, не умеет совершенно вести документооборот. Запугивает людей, не дает фактически совершать сделки. В городе много компетентных нотариусов, а к старой из уиа выжившей женщине -не ходите! Отняла наше рабочее время и ничего не сделала!!! НЕ ХОДИТЬ!!!!

Молодцы. Пока к ним ехал, скинул всё что требуется. Приехал подписал бумаги и уехал. Всего один звонок и несколько фото на вацап. В 8:30 позвонил, в 9:15 всё было завершено.
