An excellent notary.
I made power of attorney for sending to Russia - general for cars and for obtaining certificates.
I brought my power of attorney templates.
The notary ruled them and issued them.
The power of attorney for obtaining certificates worked in Russia.
I haven't checked the general license for the car yet.
I also forgot my USB flash drive at the notary, I came for it 2 weeks later. Saved and returned.
