I had no experience with notaries, but I needed to issue a document. I called the nearest notary office, and I was not mistaken in my choice. They offered to make an appointment on the phone for free time, they accepted without delay. The document was executed quickly and without errors. Parking nearby is also possible without problems. And another bonus is a discount for pensioners.

A prenuptial agreement had to be drawn up with his wife. We called and made an appointment. The girl on the phone explained what needed to be brought. We arrived at the time of the reception, it was after lunch. We were politely invited into the office. The notary described each of her actions, why and how it is done, and answered our questions in an understandable way. It ended sooner than we thought. As my wife and I read, it takes about an hour to formalize a marriage contract, but in fact we left after half an hour, which could not but surprise. In our opinion, we are faced with the incompetence of the notary. During the conversation, she expressed her personal opinion, forgetting that she was a lawyer, not a "girlfriend", tried to change our document to suit her own vision of the situation, several times snatched out parts of the articles of the code that were not relevant to our specific case. With a request to draw up the documents the way we need them, she refused and said that it was impossible.Since we were dissatisfied with the final documents, we turned to another lawyer for advice, who confirmed that the drafting of the document, as we had originally asked, did not contradict the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, We had to negotiate with the notary of this office again and return to reissue the document. We will never entrust the paperwork to this organization again.
