There is a live queue. There was no free time for recording on the day of the visit. My wife and I took a chance and came to get to the notary on a first-come, first-served basis. As a result, we didn't wait a minute. Apparently lucky. But in any case, I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the work

Yesterday, on 10.12., Larisa Pavlovna Kuleshevich was registered with the head of this office at 14:30. Not only that, I had to break through to her appointment myself, because a crowd was sitting next to her. I was also rudely greeted by notary Kuleshevich L., asking where my application was, although I asked the administrator about the documents before coming. It seems to me that this notary has no place in the management of this or another office. And by age, it's time for her to have a well-deserved rest.

The notary started yelling from the doorway, as if we had broken into her house. What was subsequently given to us in 15 minutes, the notary told us that he would give it on November 24. I regard the notary's behavior as extremely unprofessional.

Another difficult place of our city. The queue is small, but notaries accept as they want. After sitting in line for 2.5 hours, I saw how the notary, having accepted only two, from the beginning of the working day, stupidly sat in the office and went about her business, went quietly for a smoke break. Since 12, the second notary began to accept. What was my surprise when the group of 2 people did not decrease by 14.00. And this with two notaries. Next, even cooler. The notary does NOT know which body, issues the necessary certificate, and does not offer to send a request, sends a person to ride around the housing and communal services, of which there are about 15 pieces per district, himself. As a result, it was not possible to find out which organization issues the necessary certificate.

I've been sitting for the 4th hour. It's 12:57 now, I'm waiting from 9:30 a.m. just to certify the transfer. During this time, 1.5 people were accepted. The notary ladies do not want to work, they walk along the corridors, chat and laugh... they lock themselves in their offices (apparently they drink tea). The attitude towards customers is the height of disrespect. Aunts allow themselves to raise their voices at elderly customers and be rude. There are 2 more people in front of me. I guess I'll have to sit all day. They say that they accept 2 notaries on a first-come, first-served basis, but in fact they accept 1. They let people go quickly, but after each person they do not let anyone into the office for an hour... The main thing is not to be told later that the working day is over)) You can expect anything from these guys! DON'T COME HERE!!!!! I'm sure any other office is better!

There is a live queue for at least an hour (if there is no one in front of you), you can make an appointment only on certain days at the beginning of the month and everything is scheduled for a month in advance, you will be lucky if someone refused. Plus, I note that you can pay for services through the ERIP without leaving the office (but you will still need to go to the secretary to print out a piece of paper). The first-come, first-served visit took 1 hour and 40 minutes. Total: the "scoop" in its full glory!
