I rented a laptop last year. Everything turned out without any problems at all. I just called in advance and explained my wishes. And they picked up a good laptop for my work needs. And the money turned out to be nice. I would like to note that they are very sensitive to customers. I filled my laptop with tea and the screen stopped turning on.This problem was fixed, but another one was created-the laptop began to buzz, although it never buzzed before the repair.When I re-addressed this issue, I was told that the problem was in the cooler.They said it was old and needed to be changed.Turning to another workshop, they found out that it was not the cooler at all, but a spare part that was rubbing against something and I easily fixed this problem and did not need to change the cooler.The problem was fixed, but a new one was created and refused to fix it.

I was afraid of the high rating of this repair shop. But the fears were in vain. Breakdown: Samsung laptop suddenly stopped turning on. The laptop master looked at it, said that he would find out the reason during the day. We agreed that if the repair costs more than 100 rubles. the work will not be carried out, but I will pay for the diagnosis. After 3 hours, they called and explained the essence of the problem and 2 solutions (replacement of a part and repair), the pros and cons of each solution. We met 60 rubles, gave a guarantee, and took the laptop the next day. Everything is working, I'm glad. They also gave a couple of recommendations for the future. I recommend it! It is a pity that they do not repair mobile phones, I would also trust them.

I came to clean the laptop from dust, I couldn't order a master at home, because I needed a drill (which in the end was not needed). A person seeing my interest tore off 50p, when exactly the same services in other places cost 25-max 40p. Thanks, I won't come back. Well, the dust was cleaned, yes.
