I ordered glasses in optics when I put them on, I immediately felt that something was wrong, but they told me that I needed to get used to a different shape of glasses, before that I wanted to steal more round ones, it took 3 days, I was not used to it, my head was spinning, as a result, money was wasted. In optics, they did not even offer to check the eyesight again. A big minus. Although I have always treated this optics well. I'll figure it out

I bought glasses with a vision check. I liked the vision check. Politely and professionally. It's much worse with glasses. First of all, those -3.5 lenses that were made for me actually work the same way as my old -3. Secondly, the lenses in them turned out to be 2 times thicker than in my old glasses. Thirdly, boorish communication at the checkout (in principle, the norm in Mogilev). Fourth, I bought quite expensive glasses. They had already begun to fall apart (the screws flew off one by one, I had to screw them back myself). Total: quality of service 4/5 product quality 2/5
