The gym is cozy and compact. Everything you need to eat! The pool is gorgeous, the guns will smash any fat)). Sauna class- the bath attendant is a mega-positive young man! You've done everything for us! I RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE! It's a beautiful place.Irena and Tatiana at the reception : very responsive and friendly, they helped me find a forgotten phone in the locker room. The coach in the gym is beyond praise, I needed rehabilitation after surgery, all the exercises with the coach gave the desired result.The coach has a higher education and a rehabilitation specialist qualification.I will recommend everyone to come here to work out and relax in the pool or get a massage. We were at the spa with a visit to the pool with sauna. I just liked the massage and the warm pool. The Jacuzzi is large, but it is not possible to stay there successfully. There is a lot of bleach, the lane is not conveniently located far from the pool, you need to go down the stairs and it is very small, although it is very well heated. But the biggest horror is the bathrobes and towels that we were given - they are all washed, thin as rags and with holes in them, well, it's just not serious. Is it really impossible to buy normal towels???

Hello! We decided to have a weekend break with a young man and the choice fell on this place. We decided to sign up for a massage, arrived early to still have time to splash in the pool.
The staff is polite. The girl on the host is smiling and friendly, and the masseuse girls are just the nicest people. However, there are obvious disadvantages to this place:
1. Terribly smelly and old robes. They smelled of stale massage oil, the sleeves were literally in tatters, and the young man had worn holes on his shoulders. To be honest, I really didn't want to wear it.
2. The hood blows very strongly in the aqua zone itself. As soon as you get out of the water, an icy wind rolls over you. How would you not get sick after that ?
3. The girl on the host did not tell us at all what is included in our program. A massage therapist who speaks Russian led us to the aqua zone, and we only found out about the sauna and hammam when it was time for us to leave.
4. Please add real shampoo, not diluted soap, to the dispenser labeled "shampoo".
5. After the massage, no one explained where to go, where to wash off the oil, as a result, a shower was found in the office with a young man, where there was no soap or shampoo, and everything was quickly awkwardly washed off. At that moment, the masseuses also came in, discussing something very loudly, as if we shouldn't be here anymore.
The place is relatively good, but there are obvious disadvantages that the management should be warned about.

We rested here at the spa. The prices are pleasant, but there are questions about the climate. The water in the Jacuzzi was almost cool, not to mention getting warm in it, the pool seemed cool too. And there was always some kind of cold wind, they thought that the air conditioners were turned on for the cold, but after asking the receptionist, she said that this is how the hotel hood works. But when you swim in the pool, sometimes cold air blows from the ceiling on you, and the pool is not the warmest, it turns out you simply freeze. Cleanliness and maintenance are normal.

I took a cream coupon, which is very convenient, included 2 hours of aqua zone and massage. The location of the sauna is not convenient, you need to go down and up the stairs to get into the pool. The pool itself is warm, comfortable 1.4 m. The Jacuzzi is also super. The robes have seen life, but they are clean, without any smell. I was never given towels, the receptionist said they were out, I'll bring them to you later. In the end, she probably forgot about us. It's good that she took her own.

The wild cold in the aquazone. The temperature barely reaches 20. The pool is cool. The only warm place is a Jacuzzi and a sauna. But in order to reach them, you will have to freeze off all your limbs. In fact, it is simply impossible to spend the whole day there at such a temperature. It is hardly possible to serve an hour and a half. Accordingly, there can be no question of any relaxation. I do not advise, it is better to find something more expensive, but where you can get out of the water, lie down to rest or calmly walk to the sauna, without the risk of getting sick.

I was at the complex in mid-September on a Sunday. The receptionist at the reception politely and carefully told everything.
There were a maximum of 5 people in the complex itself, and at some point there were 2 at all. The water in the pool is of normal temperature. The Jacuzzi is working, the water is warm. The sauna is very hot. It is noticeable that the complex is not new, there are signs of equipment wear. But the most worn-out items were items that are very easy to replace: rusty trash cans, battered mattresses on sun beds, holes on the wall from hangers. This creates the impression of unkemptness. The towel and robe are whole and clean. The massage was excellent, the master attentive, not navyaschivaya.But the room in which the ritual took place is obviously in need of repair, there are stains on the ceiling and walls, the skirting board is torn off. Of course, this does not really affect the quality of the procedure, but it spoils the impression of the procedure. I was very surprised by the women's locker room (when I came, I was alone in it and did not attach importance to everything) In the upper lockers, and I got just such a one that I need a straight stepladder to hang something. But there are no hangers, by the way, so the problem went away by itself. But here's what to do in the cold with outerwear, I did not understand. Should I also stack it in a locker next to T-shirts and underpants? There is a separate dressing room and it's great. But when I came back after the massage, there were already three of us, and the place was over. I needed to wash up and have at least one shower, but there is. And it turns out that there is not a single shelf or hook in it. How is that at all? Where should I put my towel and bath accessories? And it would be possible to leave it on the table near the washbasin, but there is the same moment the girl was drying her hair, the hair dryer was also 1. And this was strange for an institution called Luxury Spa.
In general, taking into account such a cost, I liked it. But you need to take a ritual or massage, otherwise you will not be able to completely relax.
