We stood in line for more than 2 hours. We are very tired. When we got to the ticket office, I wanted to buy tickets for the next day. In response, the cashier said that tickets were sold only on that day. We bought tickets for 17:10, and the time was 13:00

The cave is gorgeous, one of the most beautiful and largest in the world. A grandiose creation of nature. They lower the cave inside on a trailer, since there is no exit to the surface from it. It is quite cool in the cave, so in summer you should bring a jacket or windbreaker.

Kind of a bomb. The guide is aged and draws out a speech. The ticket is 700rubles in cash only.. Cleanliness is on top. I was wearing flip-flops, shorts and a T-shirt, it wasn't cold at all at the stated temperature of +14 degrees. It's worth a visit..

Очень интересное место как для детей, так и для взрослых. В саму пещеру вас доставят на подземном поезде. Экскурсовод поведает занимательные факты об открытии пещеры и её "жизни", само путешестсие по пещере проходит под приятную национальную музыку. Завараживающие виды пешеры не оставят вас равнодушными!!! Очень советую посетить это место!

Подземное чудо природы! Плюсы: 700р.; Хорошие дорожки, по которым можно коляску с ребёнком возить; довольно обширная территория. Минусы: освещение не айс; очереди на кассе; не везде пускают; можно бы поинтереснее... Но за неимением вполне норм пещера)

Была в августе 2023. Поражена мощью камня и размерами пещер!!! Организация экскурсии (цена 700 руб.) на высшем уровне! Как на другой планете побывала! Таких огромных и красивых пещер не видела, а озера удивительно смотрятся на дне пещер! Освещение пещер придает эффект загадочности природы.

Huge karst caves, BE SURE TO TAKE A JACKET, A windbreaker temperature of 14-16 degrees. Guided tours every 30-40 minutes in groups. There are no bats, paths and viewing platforms are well organized. You can take pictures but without a flash.

Впечатлений море. Очень интересно и познавательно. Цена приемлемая. Долго в очередях для покупки билетов стоять не надо. Во время экскурсии по пещерам нет туалетов, поэтому особенно детей надо обязательно туда сводить.

Интереснейшая экскурсия продолжительностью 1,5 часа. Пещера огромная с подсветками, музыкальным оформлением и комментариями экскурсовода. Таково вы точно не видели раньше. Однозначно стоит ехать. Можно с детьми, там всё оборудовано и безопасно. Настоятельно не рекомендую обедать после в местной столовой (качество еды под большим вопросом).

Пещера впечатляет своими размерами. Путешествие по ней начинается с поездки в несколько минут на метровагончиках от кассы до непосредственно самого входа. Экскурсоводы очень познавательно рассказывают и показывают историю и особенности этого места. После жары довольно таки прохладно, на входе дают в аренду пледы.

Классное атмосферное место, билеты по 700р, большие очереди в кассу, но проходят довольно быстро (стояли минут 15). Из минусов - чуть больше бы освещения, и если идешь в хвосте, то не успеввешь снимать, очень быстро выключают свет 🙈

Внутри классно, есть что посмотреть. ( Сталактиты и сталагмиты). Гуляли по ней полтора часа. Экскурсия очень интересная. Да внутри горы побывать, это необычно.

The tour itself is about nothing. The guide, tortured by life, told very superficially.
The ticket price is very high (700 rubles for an hour tour), and paid photography (another 50 rubles)... well, this is generally a fiasco. Sorry, but it will be cheaper to go to the Hermitage. Inside, the guide is trying to cook souvenirs. Everything is done purely for the sake of raising money.

Сходить стоит, чтобы лучше понимать абхазский менталитет, и если вы любитель думать и искать ответы на интересные вопросы, которые будут возникать, в процессе экскурсии . Но оценка низкая из-за того, что просто мне пещера чем-то не понравилась, но чем пока не понял.
Внизу пещеры под лестницей приличный дегустационный зал. Мы его посещали после экскурсии, чтобы не путать впечатления ).
Вот такой странный отзыв.

Очень интересное место, я хоть и не любитель пещер, но была впечатлена😀. Поразительно, какую красоту создаёт внутри гор вода😊. Билет стоит 700 рублей и внутри довольно таки прохладно и влажно, так что необходимо взять кофту и удобную не скользкую обувь.

Замечательное место. Хорошо оборудовано, организовано, интересно. Только теплую курточку с собой захватите. В пещере прохладно. Или придется брать в прокат накидку за 100р.

Посещали Новоафонскую пещеру дважды: впервые в 2005 году. Первые впечатления оставили самые лучшие воспоминания.
Сегодня же - очень сильно не повезло с гидом, постоянно что-то тыкала в телефоне, говорила прерывисто, туристы были сами по себе (гид Оксана). Ещё капельку дегтя - туалет, парковка платно, это вроде и норма жизни сейчас, но было бы качество...а его нет. Продажа бесполезного мерча (камни) и постоянная их реклама, вместо познавательного рассказа о пещере.
Атмосфера и убранство пещеры прекрасны - рекомендуется к посещению!!!

Грандиозное природное творение, доработанное для удобства его посещения! Просто не вероятный взрыв ощущений - высота сводов в гротах и пещерах, грация и мощь природы, создавшей это творение просто переполняет эмоции.
